“If I could add more stars, I would! We stayed for two nights and haven't got one thing that we could say that could be improved! The hotel is beautiful inside and out and the service is exemplary from the front desk to dining staff to cleaning staff. The food was excellent in the dining room. We especially enjoyed the extra treats that we found in our room. The coffee station in the hall was a welcome sight when waking up early. Within a few minutes walk, we had access to the beautiful park that surrounds the theatre and a path beside both sides of the lake. Definitely coming back and would recommend this hotel to all!”

“I had the opportunity to stay at the Bruce Hotel with a friend in April while we attended a play at the Stratford festival. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly by all the staff. Escorted to our room and given a tour of amenities. Fresh butter tarts in our room and a stocked coffee and tea bar, lovely. Even surprised with a charcuterie board for an afternoon snack. The room was very spacious and the bathroom, wow. The attention to every detail was phenomenal and made me feel very spoiled. If you have a chance to stay treat yourself well worth it!”

“My aunt and I recently experienced an issue with an incorrect charge and subsequent refund from The Bruce Hotel. While the matter was ultimately resolved and I appreciate the efforts of Margaret to make things right, the process took much longer than it should have. After multiple phone calls and emails over the course of more than a week, we were still waiting for the refunds and had to repeatedly followed up for updates. The communication was inconsistent at times, which made the situation more frustrating than necessary. That said, once Margaret became involved, she was professional, transparent, and worked to ensure the refund was completed. I appreciate her efforts and willingness to follow up personally. The Bruce Hotel is a beautiful property with excellent service in many areas, but I hope management reviews their refund and payment issue procedures to ensure future guests don’t experience similar delays. Overall, the issue was eventually resolved, but the process prevented this from being a higher-rated experience.”
