“I go here every Friday with a very close friend of mine. What I love about Cascades is that have something for everyone. Beer just ask they have something for everyone’s palate, wine you’re in luck, cocktails a great selection. Not only the service is consistent but the food stands out. I usually go for the features but regular menu wise, the burger, chicken Marsala, steak frites, and wings stand out. Definitely one of Vancouver’s hidden gems”

“5 stars for the delicious drinks! Very good. Atmosphere: was nice, very cozy but got a little too toasty once it got busy. Service: was fast and efficient, my only nit-pick was the server had zero conversation with us. No happy birthday despite it obviously being a birthday celebration, no recommendations. I didn’t even know her name. Food: was good, the steak was delicious. The mashed potatoes were a flop, reheated mashed potatoes just didn’t work but I understand that it can’t be fresh to order. Brie was good but the drizzle makes the crust soggy. A few food kinks to iron out but overall we were happy. Go for the drinks, especially if you love a martini!”

“Have been going to this place for years and love it! Extensive and exciting cocktail list with great food and ambiance to boot. They often change up their feature cocktails so always something new to try. Plus, all day happy hour on Mondays! Their cocktails are also just very reasonably priced in comparison to other cocktail bars. Easy 10/10!”
