“We took my mom to afternoon tea on Saturday for an early Mothers Day surprise and we had a wonderful experience! The service was fantastic, all of the food options for the afternoon tea were fun and delicious and we really enjoyed being able to all select our own tea flavors. We are HUGE tea drinkers, hot and cold so this was right up our alley. My mom loved it and definitely wants to go again! Thank you for the excellent service!”
“Wow was this a great meal and experience. Our server, Nicole, could not have possibly been better -- she was fun & funny, told us the history of the restaurant and made sure we ordered the right amount of food and the best items on the menu. The food was lovely and well prepared. We had 4 small plates instead of entrees and it was a great experience all around!”
“You come for the food, but you come back because of the service. Very courteous and knowledgeable staff, very attentive manager, and great chef. The food was delicious, the environment inside is cozy, and the seating is great inside and outside. We ordered the filet mignon (flavorful, the potatoes had a great texture), tomato soup (as app), pork chop, Raclette (a mix of fingerlings, cheese, salami and bread), Le Mac (Mac n cheese), tiramisu, and the caramel pecan pudding. Everything was delicious, we had a great time, and felt everything was priced accordingly to the level of service they provide. I will definitely recommend them.”
“The new owner Greg is an absolute stud, he loves this place as much as we do. The gin drinks are out of this world, and the fillet was spectacular. My wife has the bouillabaisse, insanely good. We have had the short ribs, and try the patte jam....come on, it is a foodie dream, we ate it with a spoon. The charcuterie, the fingerlings.... It is ALL delicious. Thank you Greg, your staff is beautiful, the atmosphere is a vibe....and Inky Bob is the cherry on top.”
“What a nice little spot. The atmosphere is so relaxing and homey. There is a beautiful outdoor area and inside is unique as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. 5 Stars We have been to many steakhouses and this was the most well cooked steak we have had. From the sear, to the sauce, and the perfect cook, it was delicious. The Green Beans were so fresh and had a great but subtle crunch. The garlic and bacon worked perfectly. What a fantastic Tiramisu. So light and amazing flavors. I loved the blueberries as it added a freshness and another layer of flavors. The dates were cooked perfectly. Great balance of flavor and a delicious sauce. The Le Mac was one of the best Macs we have had at any restaurant. It wasn’t too heavy and was a perfect amount of creamy. The Knickerbocker drink was absolutely amazing. The raspberry puree really shined through. The Espresso Martini was a perfect after dinner drink. Very well balanced. The Rosemary Lemon Drop was delicious. The addition of the rosemary took this to another level. 4 Stars - The pork belly had great flavor! I just prefer my pork belly crispy. If they would broil these for 1-2 minutes it would be amazing! The fingerling potatoes were very well seasoned and yummy. Again, we prefer them a little more crispy. The Sweet Potatoes were simplistic and simple. Well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The asparagus was fresh and for as large as they were, held together well and weren’t flimsy. They were a little lacking in seasoning but overall good. We will definitely be back to try the short ribs and sea bass! 4**** = Set themselves a part with quality food and I want to go back. 5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there!”
