He gave us some history on the building and area and was such a pleasure to speak with. 100% we will be coming back again and again because of him. What an unexpected amd appreciated surprise.”

“We stayed for the first time. I have to say we will be back. The staff were really good. Their customer service was top notch! Our room was clean and our bed was very comfortable. It has a great restaurant! It is perfectly situated to catch a concert at the grey Eagle or to stop at one of the great breweries. Definitely a must check out”

“I have hosted a few evening dinner presentations at the Inn. The ballroom is absolutely beautiful and they have everything you need for a corporate (and personal) event. They make it seem less and easy to execute. The servers know exactly what they are doing. The room and table set up are stunning. The food is delicious!! The parking can be tight, but compared to downtown it’s not that bad. They also offer a free shuttle if planned ahead. The only downside is that they are getting busier so they require a commitment on the deposit very soon after inquiring. And they do charge for a room set up, which they didn’t before. All in all, it’s a great central location with fantastic service. I highly recommend private events at the Inn!”

The suite is beautifully decorated with elegant, historical touches — including lovely pictures of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip from their actual visit to Calgary. Every detail transports you back in time while still offering all the modern comfort you could want. It's not just a room; it's a piece of living history that makes you feel like true royalty for the night. The entire property exudes timeless charm, blending its 1930s heritage with thoughtful, cozy updates. The atmosphere is warm, intimate, and incredibly special — perfect for anyone who appreciates boutique heritage stays over generic hotels. I can't recommend this place enough. “We celebrated a 70th surprise party this weekend with a private room and it was AMAZING! The buffet was abundant and offered a lot of options, and the drinks were great as well. Best of all, the service we received from the team, especially Sean/Shawn (can’t remember how it’s spelled!) who hosted us, was spectacular. So easygoing yet attentive!
