“We held a bridal brunch at the Glass House restaurant this past weekend for my daughter.. From the very start at organizing the brunch for such a large group, Ireland was amazing to deal with. She was so accommodating and you could tell that she wanted that afternoon to be special for everyone. The food was delicious and our server, Ashley (or Amanda - goodness, can't quite remember which "A" name) was so amazing. She was so professional, calm, patient, friendly, and helpful in every way, which made the brunch even more enjoyable. Thank you for everything, I will definitely be considering this place for any future get-togethers, and highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be visiting here again.”

“We just attended a wedding at Glasshouse Kitchen & Bar in the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert, and it was absolutely incredible. The venue itself is stunning—bright, modern, and filled with beautiful greenery that creates such a unique and elegant atmosphere. The food was outstanding, easily some of the best we’ve had at a wedding. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff were also fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It was the perfect setting for such a special day, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every detail. Highly recommend this venue for weddings or any special event!”

“GlassHouse Kitchen and Bar exceeded my expectations overall. The smash burger was the best I’ve had — juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The chicken sandwich and chicken wrap (served with a beetroot soup that tasted earthy and okay) were satisfying, and the Niçoise salad was excellent — the dressing had the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The space is stunningly beautiful: a glass design that lets in abundant natural light (it can get very bright, so I appreciated the blinds), a greenhouse filled with lush plants, plus an attached Whole Foods, a charming local gift shop, and a coffee shop inside. A few disappointments: the Dungeness crab sandwich tasted fishy and would benefit from more acidity to balance it, and the Spanish latte was too sweet and overly milky for my taste, masking the coffee. I highly recommend the smash burger and the Niçoise salad.”

“Visit: May 2026 An extremely lovely atmosphere, very well lit and lots of natural sunlight. The staff was extremely kind and inviting as well! Definitely would come back for the vibes The food was good, but I found the eggs Benedict portions pretty small, especially for the price. The French toast was also a bit dry and not very "custardy", as I'd expect from French toast, so it was just okay Definitely, the vibes and staff bumped up my experience a lot, over the food”
