“We had a lovely experience at Three Arches during our stay at the Hyatt Centric Hotel. Samir was excellent! Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave great advice and even assisted us with moving to a quieter area due to a networking event in the area. The food was tasty! We had some excellent quesadillas and I had some pretty good jerk chicken. My mocktail was super tasty too! The second night, we had a family friend with us who joined us for dinner. We had sandwiches and some drinks. There was a few communication snafus amongst the staff- but we (Marcus, Lakuan, and one more staff member whose name I cannot recall) settled the matter fairly quickly. All in all- we had a good experience. The last experience was breakfast with Puja. She was kind and knowledgeable. My food and mocha were great! My husband joined me later and she even ensured that he had a modification that he wanted. We had a lovely experience. If you’re in the area, be sure to stop by and get some food.”

“This place is a total 10 out of 10 for excellence! The atmosphere the staff, bartender Marcus was truly a charm! I see myself going back many times! While you’re there, get Marcus to make you his whiskey sour. Absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend this place and bartender enough. 🫶👏👏👏👏”

“We were greeted as soon as we walked in! The young lady that we saw, greeted us, took our order, brought our food and check. She was kind and professional. My food was great, although my sister did not enjoy her meal. Beautiful decor and quiet atmosphere! It was the perfect spot for me to eat and unwind on my lunch break!”

“Three Arches was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food was incredible - you could tell they take a lot of care in crafting flavor combinations. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the fire pit on the patio creates a perfect ambiance, especially at night. But what truly impressed me was the service, particularly from our server, Katy. Her knowledge of the menu was exceptional, and she offered fantastic recommendations for both food and drinks. Even when she wasn't sure about something, she went above and beyond to verify the information before telling us. Katy's attentiveness was evident as she interacted with other tables as well. She clearly takes pride in creating a personalized experience for each guest, ensuring everyone feels welcome and well-taken-care-of. The Hyatt Centric Buckhead is lucky to have Katy, and her exceptional service is a big reason I'll definitely be back!”
