Our name not only calls to mind the natural environment of our property, it symbolizes our two guiding principles: “Work hard” and “Enjoy the fruits of your labor.” Without intentional respite, work is a fruitless endeavor. Founders Angela and James Sehr have a passion for wellness. They began the winery as an extension of their life’s work; both having spent their careers in the medical industry. Similarly, they enjoy helping people through times of injury or illness. Twin Rocks Estate Winery is a place for connecting with family, friends, neighbors and yourself. It’s a place for both peaceful contemplation and spirited celebration, all while enjoying fantastic wine. It’s a good-for-the-soul getaway at the gateway to the Sierras. General Information -Current Hours of Operation: Monday | Closed Tuesday | Closed Wednesday | Closed Thursday | 11:00-6:00pm Friday | 11:00-6:00pm Saturday | 11:00-6:00pm Sunday | 11:00-6:00pm -Private events are common at the winery and can affect the hours of operation. -Children and minors are permitted during our special events: Mother's Day Brunch, Easter Brunch and private event bookings. Children and minors are NOT permitted outside of these noted events. -Service animals are always welcome; Pets are not permitted. -Reservations Required. All parties of 6 or more guests will be charged a 20% service fee.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our Prime Rib dinner experience! The service was exceptional. Our dinner and wine selections were served at a pleasant pace and with attention to detail. The prime rib was cooked to perfection and the sparkling wine is delicious. The musician provided a great sound that created a very cool vibe. The grounds are beautifully maintained. My husband and I as well as our guests look forward to returning for future events.”

“Loved the service and the ambiance. Wine tasting room requires a membership. The better rate for quarterly pickup membership. Definitely go for Batbera.Cab Ftanc and Syrah or the varietal blend.”
“Came in on a Friday. They have a very nice and relaxing grounds. We tried both the Sparkling Flights and the Discovery Flights. We tried their Calamari, Charcuterie Board and the Sturgeon Pate. We were also given a complimentary small bites which tasted very good. We enjoyed the wines and the relaxing environment. There was music (an acoustic singer) at around 4pm. I took 1 star off because of the service. The food took awhile when served, and our 2nd set of tasting took at least 30mins after we asked for the 2nd one. I think there were only 1 to 2 servers at that time we were there and they were serving at least 9 tables. There were no Sommeliers. The servers didn't talk to us about their wines at all, they just basically, served drinks and food. For a winery, I personally would have loved for a Sommelier or a "server" to at least talk to us about their wines.”
“The Venue is beautiful. Someone with very good taste built an amazing place inside and out. We arrived and met with a friend. We had 3 tastings, one cheese board and one glass of bubbles. The wine came out and we were presented with a laminated description of the tasting. There was no information about the winery no history, no real information about each wine, where the grapes are sourced etc. Just here's your wine and BTW we are out of two so we switched them out and I have no information on those. I had to track down our bubbles as it had been over 20 minutes since we ordered the glass. I walked inside to see our server flirting with the pourer. When I asked for the glass she handed it to me and then as if I couldn't hear her, she said, "impatient much". Lastly the tasting price is criminal. $45 per tasting??? Really. For that price point the service should be exceptional, the server should be very knowledgeable about the winery and the wines. We will not be going back. We were very disappointed with our experience.”
