“Our first time to the Turks Head Wines in West Chester and it won’t be our last! It has such a cozy and refined but relaxed feel. Loved the live jazz in the lounge during our dinner. The wines were top notch (we tried a white flight and had a Napa Cab with our meal), and the food was really incredible. Everything was fresh and well seasoned and perfectly prepared. Keegan took great care of us and Michael the sommelier also made it a wonderful experience all around!”

“When I first saw photos of this place, I knew I had to go - and after actually experiencing it? I’ll be back. A LOT. Visually stunning, delicious wine, incredible food, and truly impeccable service. My husband and I went for Valentine’s Day lunch and were greeted by Rebecca, who was personable, knowledgeable, and on top of everything without ever feeling overbearing. She gave thoughtful, educated wine recommendations, and our bottle was then presented by Greg, the head sommelier. He walked us through the tasting notes, shared the history of the winery, and reassured us that our food selections would pair beautifully with the wine. My goodness, was he right. I wasn’t expecting the food to be quite so elevated since the menu offers only a few traditional entrée options, but this is a true quality-over-quantity establishment. The in-house gnocchi was unlike anything I’ve ever had. Rich, complimented generously with duck confit, and flavorfully perfect. My husband ordered the short rib, and he practically had to guard his plate as I kept sneaking forkful after forkful of that incredible sauce over the melt-in-your-mouth beef. We left as wine club members - plus an extra bottle from the shop because the wine really is that amazing. Already counting down until our next visit!”

“A 10/10 Venue for a "Casually Elegant" Event! We recently hosted my daughter's shower at Turks Head, and the experience was flawless from the initial inquiry to the big day. Planning a Pennsylvania event from my home in Florida could have been stressful, but the team made it incredibly easy. Highlights of our experience: Exceptional Planning: Bridget (Event Manager) is a dream to work with. She was attentive to every detail, provided expert recommendations, and was always available for questions. Her support kept me calm throughout the entire long-distance planning process and during the day of. The Perfect Space: We had the back portion of the main floor, which felt private yet connected. The "casually elegant" vibe was exactly what my daughter wanted, with plenty of room to mingle. Bridget’s suggestion to use the mantle for shower favors really elevated the decor. Great Food & Wine: The Chef curated a menu—from the charcuterie to the dessert—that was a total crowd-pleaser. The wine selection was excellent and paired perfectly with our meal. Attentive Service: The serving team was seamless. Guests never had to wait for anything, and the transitions were perfect. Hands-on Leadership: Both Greg (Manager) and Allison (Owner) went above and beyond to ensure everything was executed perfectly. Greg even stepped in during setup to help us, which gave us a much-needed moment to relax before guests arrived. The Turks Head team truly turned our vision into a reality. This will definitely be our new "go-to" spot whenever we visit Pennsylvania from Florida!”

“Overall ambiance and service was exceptional. The wine flights didn’t have enough variation for my liking hence the ‘3’ stars. Due to the price of the flight I had higher expectations. But truly a lovely date spot and worth still checking out.”
