“We chose 9 Prime to celebrate my husband’s 75th birthday, and from the moment we walked in, they made the evening feel truly special. We were greeted warmly with genuine birthday wishes, which immediately set the tone for a memorable celebration. Every dish we ordered was outstanding. The Charred Spanish Octopus was perfectly prepared—tender with just the right amount of char. The Double Crisp Potatoes with Calabrian chile aioli were incredibly unique and easily one of my husband’s favorite dishes of the night. The She Crab Soup was rich and flavorful without being heavy. For our mains, we ordered the 14 oz strip steak and the dry-aged 20 oz bone-in ribeye, and both were cooked exactly as requested—beautifully charred on the outside and perfectly rare inside. That’s not easy to get right when dining out, and they nailed it. The sides truly elevated the meal. The 9 Prime Potatoes—whipped potatoes with cheddar, house bacon, and horseradish crème fraîche in a pastry shell—were absolutely incredible and unlike anything we’ve had before. Even the Charred Broccolini felt special, with garlic, chilies, and pecorino adding bold flavor that went far beyond a typical side dish. Dessert was the perfect ending. The Bananas Foster gelato (from Gernell Gelato) was light and delicious, and the 9 Prime Sundae, complete with a birthday candle, was a thoughtful and festive touch that capped off a wonderful evening. This was more than just a great meal—it was a true celebration. Exceptional food, attentive service, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere made it a night we won’t forget. Highly recommend for any special occasion!”

“100/10 Experience all around. My girlfriend and I finally decided 9 Prime, and it was one of the best dining experiences I've had. We got two great apps, the A5 Wagyu, and a great truffle pasta dish, followed by two great desserts. Great wine selection, attentive service, peaceful and elegant atmosphere. Not cheap, but then again, good is not cheap, and cheap is not good. Will be back without a doubt.”

“We held my husband’s surprise 40th birthday dinner in the vault and were so impressed with the 9Prime team from start to finish. They all went above and beyond accommodating every request. The food was amazing and the planning experience with Dalilah was wonderful! From the customized menus, and helping me get personalized favors from another local business to the place settings ahead of time, to my husband’s favorite signature cocktail, that dinner is one we will be talking about for years to come, thank you all!”

“My husband and I had a fantastic meal at 9prime last night, celebrating our anniversary. Our server was super sweet and very attentive. The atmosphere was so festive with all of the Christmas decor and live music (sax, piano & trumpet) playing in the background. The food was amazing; calamari, filet, delmonico & lobster mac & cheese. Although we were stuffed and didn’t plan on dessert, our server brought out a little plate of macaroons, wishing us an happy anniversary! Everything was delicious and we had a great time. We’ll absolutely be back!”
