“Wow where do I even start. I came here yesterday at about 2:15 with my father and boyfriend for a late lunch, early dinner and we absolutely enjoyed our meals. Our waitress was beyond amazing and extremely knowledgeable. My father had gotten the blueberry espresso martini to start and said it was perfect and absolutely flavorful. I had inquired about trying their oyster special that was offered and our waitress gathered all details I had asked about the oysters as I was reluctant to try them due to the season but her amazing boss on schedule allowed me to try one to assure the flavor and quality was good. It was absolutely delicious so of course we got a dozen oysters to start, all of which were phenomenal and had a clean taste and not gritty in texture whatsoever. They were perfectly clean and the onion vinaigrette with the lemon was just beyond amazing to pair with the oysters. We had then gotten the shrimp and grits, catfish and grits and the daily special- a steak sandwich which an onion jus and fries and everything was just perfect. The catfish was flakey and moist and the sauce and grits was perfect. My boyfriend’s steak sandwich was melt in your mouth amazing and incredibly well seasoned and he loved the jus so much he was dipping everything in it! The shrimp grits I had ordered was amazing, I can’t even put it into words. It was filling but in all the right ways. All the components in the meal balanced everything out. The crunch from the corn with the tomato over the grits was just amazing, and the smoked sausage with shrimp was just so good. We were full by the end of it but couldn’t say no to an order of the Creme brûlée for dessert. I’m so glad we got it because man that was also just beyond amazing. The flambéed sugar was done perfectly and the soft custard like crème was so delicious, you could see and taste the vanilla bean in it. My boyfriend had said the fresh fruit was so good and perfectly ripe. To say we had the best meal is an understatement. Between the great service and phenomenal meal, we had the best time. Our waitress never rushed us and was genuinely so happy to serve us and enjoyed seeing how much we enjoyed our meal. We certainly will be back to try more items off the menu.”

“Wesley was our server, he was fabulous. We had the carpaccio, octopus, fried green tomatoes, and shrimp as appetizers. And also had the pecan encrusted flounder, which was very good. The blueberry lemon drop is excellent! It was a wonderful lunch. We will definitely go back!”

“We strolled in to Vic's on Friday night for an early dinner. Decided to sit at the bar, because that's where all the cool people are 😉 The bar staff was amazing, especially Lauren. We had pre dinner cocktails; loved on the biscuits & sweet butter; and drooled over the blue crab beignets. For dinner, my husband had the Oscar Salmon. I had the catfish and grits. Both were amazing, but the tomato broth that came with my meal was beyond delicious. We asked for an extra order of biscuits so we could soak it all up. Although we were full, we shared the key lime pie which was a perfect finish to our meal. Obviously, the food was delicious but I have to mention the staff again. Everyone was friendly and on top of their game. Food was brought out promptly by courteous food runners. Lauren at the bar perfectly timed our wine pours as our plates were delivered. We never had to ask for anything! And a final shout out to the great piano player who entertained us with unique variations of several Michael Jackson songs!! With so many dining options in Savannah, Vic's should be at the top of your must go list”

“I had another fantastic birthday lunch. Wes was an outstanding server who made our experience even better with his professionalism and kindness. We had Oysters Rockefeller, crab bisque, the beet and feta salad our main dish was seared scallops over risotto and for dessert a flourless chocolate torte. Everything was perfectly executed and we enjoyed every bite. Ive celebrated two birthdays here and they know how to make it special each time. I'll definitely return anytime I'm in Savannah!!”

“Service was excellent and the food was awesome. I love the biscuits with honey butter were a good start. I got the fried chicken with Mac n cheese and collard greens. Everything was amazing. Ky wife got the fried green tomatoe club. I didnt care for the flavors. Definitely take a peek on the balconies. Awesome views of the river.”
