“You wouldn't give a 2nd look at the building from outside.once you are inside it's totally different Staffs are so friendly and you feel at home. Ambience is very good and the premises are very clean. Food served are top notch and at the right size for a wide variety of selection. We chose European style . There's also a wide selection of wine and whiskey. I do enjoy the staffs that gives us an explanation of wine to pair with the food. Do enjoy the Bournon as recommended by them!”

“Absolute fantastic dinner. The restaurant was lovely with a real fire in the fireplace, perfect on a cool night. The service team was friendly and knowledgeable about everything we ate. I don’t understand how we ate all that food, but we consumed every morsel of the dinner. It was too delicious not to! Special standouts were the scallops, beef tenderloin, and mushrooms in the halibut dish, although as I single them out, the other dishes were also fabulous. The whole night was perfection. This is the perfect location for a celebration dinner or a special night out. Or if you just really want a good meal that will leave you in awe of the chef. Highly recommend!”

“Please come hungry! You get your moneys worth of food. Kym was our server and he was fantastic! Truly enjoyed this old home. If you get a chance to look at the home’s book located near the check in area - it’s a good quick read about the history of the house and family.”

“Elizabeth’s on 37th delivers exactly what a true fine-dining experience is supposed to. Thoughtful cuisine, perfect timing, and a vibe that was both intimate and historic. We recommend the below for course choices: Lobster taco was out of this world with the parmesan cheese and lobster was phenomenal. We got both soups and you can’t go wrong with either! While the red snapper was amazing, the blackened flounder packed an insane out of flavor and was our favorite dish of the night. We did the European wine pairing and it was spot on with every course. The dessert needs its own moment, the cheesecake was perfectly rich and the caramel pecan sauce on top added a nice crunch and extra sweetness. Elizabeth’s on 37th isn’y trendy or theatrical, it is confident, classic, and quietly exceptional. A must go!”

“I really wanted to like this place, but the food was just not worth the $125. The staff was very nice and our waiter explained the wine well. It was a very neat old house, one of the bathrooms had a day bed in it. Some of the food was good; like the pimento cheese bite, the muscle, the mushrooms and the cheesy corn bites. However, the tomato bisque tasted only like red bell pepper, the salad was very gross (nobody at the table at it), and the coconut on the ice cream was weird and chewy. I feel like the other things could have used more seasoning in general. At one point during the evening, the owner came over and asked us to shush and thanked us. I didn't think we were loud as a group of 6. There was another large party, talking at the same volume, and they weren't shushed.”
