An Artisan Bakery in Washington's beach town, Seabrook, WA!
“This small Vista Bakeshop had delicious homemade pastries and coffee. I ordered the chocolate croissant and it was flaky and delicious. My mother in law got the lemon crinkle cookie that was bright and refreshing. I was bummed I couldn’t try the cinnamon roll, make sure to arrive early for the best selection. There’s a great lounge area, I highly recommend stopping in!”
“I went here Saturday and Sunday mornings while staying in Seabrook. (I wanted to try the coffee at the market on one of the mornings, just to try both, but the market was not open yet, even though it should have been (according to the hours listed), and I got impatient 😂) They had it set up such that you ordered at one window and picked up at another window, with the option to sit inside after you picked up your order. On Saturday morning, this was fine and even fun to stand outside and talk with other people (the people-to-dog ratio was roughly 2:1, with a goldendoodle-to-other breeds ratio of 5:1). On Sunday morning, however, it was raining, so it was less ideal. Still, there was a line, and many people were ordering pastries to go, so I recommend getting there early if you want to get multiple pastries because it seems like they sell out quickly. I really liked the coffee, but my husband was less impressed. I also ordered a nonfat mocha, but they did not have nonfat milk. So, I can't accurately rate the mocha because it was too much milk fat for my taste. The inside was really clean and spacious and nice for sitting and enjoying the morning. They also had a couple tables outside. I had to try the cruffin because everybody talked about it, and unlike pretty much anything that everybody says is amazing, it actually lived up to the hype. After getting on here and reading that someone else got a s'mores cruffin, I will go back next time I'm in the area to see if they have any other special varieties. When I was there, they only had the sugar-coated kind, but it was sooooo good. Later in the day, I got an order of pickles to try, and I also recommend them. They were sweet and salty with a bit of a kick. Definitely go here if you are in town!”
“The Yuzu croissant is amazing! The coffee was pretty mid and oversweetend for a flavored latte but not bad quality. Overall good place!”
“Alright, so we literally wake up before 7am to get in line and around 640 there were people in the line too, so make sure to go there first thing in the morning. Everything look nice and delicious, we got a cinnamon roll and a ham n cheese croissant. Really good! And don’t forget to buy the cream cheese frosting for the cinnamon roll for a 1 dollar”
“Unfortunately the only breakfast spot in the area. You look in the window and then get to order and nothing in the window is available to actually order. They have two menu options and were out of the majority. No bagels at 10am on a holiday weekend is shocking. Spent $35 for 2 breakfast sandwiches which were highly disappointing especially because the other restaurants in the area were amazing. Bad way to leave Seabrook..”
