“Absolutely delicious smoked meats! We ate lunch here twice and ordered the steak sandwich and bahn mi sandwich. Both are incredible but our favorite was the steak. We also bought beef bacon, bolognese sauce, chimichurri sauce and a huge container of macaroni/potato salad. The gentleman the register is incredibly kind.”

“This is a great little gem. You wouldn't know it had a full self serve restaurant! It was recommended from the guy at the liquor store. The BBQ is amazing and we will definitely be back! I had the chopped beef sandwich and a side of BBQ baked beans. It did not disappoint.”

“All 3 of our entrees were delicious: osso bucco, bbq combo, pancetta & herb mafaldine pasta!! Good live music!! but that made it difficult to enjoy conversations at our table.”

“I was very impressed by the food here! We tried the barbecue sampler plate with pulled pork, smoked brisket, smoked sausage, slaw and barbecue beans. We also tried the cheeseburger. All the meat was incredibly tender and flavorful! The sausage was amazing! I highly recommend to have lunch here, and I’m sure the butcher shop meats are amazing to cook with also.”

“The one star is for the food. The meat was delicious But we had a horrible experience and we got the feeling it was because we were tourists. Let me explain. 3 of us ordered the 3 meat combo plate but when our food came out each plate only had 2 of 3 meats. No sausage Our waiter (who was the big problem) told us “oh if it’s not on the plate we’re probably out” he left and then came back and told us “yeah we’re out But we gave you more pork” Yeah, no you didn’t. There is no way they gave us more of anything to make up for it. Look at other peoples pictures of their plates in the reviews! and then look at ours. It’s so obvious because not only did we not get the sausage but also they skimped on the brisket. But the biggest give away that this was a lie was that the people around us were getting their sausages and there was also sausage in the butcher case! (See pictures) So they were NOT out. And being the only obvious tourists it felt personal. Also he never checked on us, never refilled our drinks unless specifically asked, never asks if we wanted a dessert. The plates of food were about $40 each with small servings. I have no problem paying for good food, but I expect all my food or a true substitute to make up for it. We have family who are local. We will let them know our experience.”
