“All of the food here was excellent, but what surprised me the most was how quickly we were served. We had a three course meal for five people all in under an hour! It was incredible. My favorite was the bread pudding. It is to die for!”
“We adored this restaurant! We had a great time— Sammi was absolutely fantastic, made great suggestions. We needed up with the Shrimp Jambalya, The Rotisserie Chicken Crepes, the Stacked Chicken Enchilada and the Cheese Wagyu Burger— with the fresh Guacamole and warm chips! So great! See the pics of all the meals! Oh! And the Blonde Brownie!”
“Category: Fine Food. I would never have considered going to this restaurant because the name suggests something either sweet-centric or a clone of a national chain (you know the one I mean). Perhaps more importantly, white chocolate isn’t really chocolate (it contains no cocoa solids; it’s really cocoa butter), I’m not crazy about it, and I’m a confirmed dark chocolate chocoholic. But friends asked us to go with them, so we did. We were pleasantly surprised by both the vibe and the quality of the food. The former was trendy chic, with lots of wood and mostly black leather, including a dramatic wall of wood and up-lighted wooden recesses, a main dining room with recessed lighting and mostly booths or banquettes, butcher-block style tables with black and brown leather chairs, large gas-log fireplace, wood paneled and stacked stone walls with subtle down lighting, and an open-ish kitchen: a half-wall of frosted glass hides the details, revealing only the hustle and bustle above the glass. The long marble bar faced an amazing four-level wall of colorful liquor bottles, grouped by color for effective drama. The latter (the food) was elevated Gastropub, which I usually describe as fine food (as distinguished from fine dining): shareable starters (although only about half of them were really shareable), all-things-for-all-people mains: B x 2, C, S x 4. (burgers and BBQ, chicken, and seafood, steaks, sandwiches, salads). We started with the seared tuna and the salmon dip (a daily special). Both were generous and excellent. In the former, the barely seared tuna sat on a bed of a very tasty mango slaw. The latter was a combo of small salmon chunks, mayo, lemon, etc. It was unique and memorable. Suggestion: debone the salmon more carefully — it’s and easy fish to debone thoroughly. For a main I chose the Balsamic Ribeye. What I liked about it was that it was not a thick hunk of beef on the plate. Many people judge a steak by its thickness but I prefer thin. This ribeye was about 1/2” to 3/4”, perfectly grilled, and tastilly glazed. It reminded me of a great steak I had in Rio de Janeiro, and of my own Bistecca Fiorentina. Sarah had the cheeseburger, which she raved about well into the next day. Our friends loved the dancing crab cakes (though I witnessed no dancing) and the Madeira Chicken, which hails from an island off the coast of Africa and Portugal (the Madiera, not the chicken). For dessert, I chose the White Chocolate Banana Cream Pie because of the banana. Sarah chose the Silky Chocolate (real chocolate ) Souffle Cake. It was much better than the banana thing, as of course it would be because it was made with real chocolate. The wine list was limited but sufficient, with a few bottles under $50, our sweet spot for restaurant wines. Service was excellent. Despite our initial misgivings, we will be back, and we will bring friends. YouTube’s Chef’s Apprentice”
“White Chocolate Grill is a stylish, comfortable spot for a nice dinner or celebration. The menu is classic American—steaks, burgers, salmon, and big salads—executed consistently well with generous portions and good flavor. Service is usually attentive and polished, and the atmosphere feels upscale without being stuffy. The real standout is dessert, especially their rich white‑chocolate‑focused pies and warm brownies, which are perfect for sharing. Prices are on the higher side, but if you’re looking for a reliable place for date night, family dinners, or special occasions, White Chocolate Grill is a solid choice.”
“The restaurant is pretty nice. Everyone was very nice. The food here is pretty good it tends to be a little salty but still very good. The gravy for the mashed potatoes does taste very good and would recommend getting that. They have lots of appetizers to choose from. The drinks are also pretty good”
