“We had such a fantastic experience at Alden. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated right away. Monica and Marc were attentive, responsive, and genuinely welcoming throughout the entire meal. We were even treated to a visit from Executive Chef Brett Fryer, which made the evening feel extra special. We ordered the NY strip and frites along with the kielbasa and pierogies — both were mouthwatering, perfectly seasoned, and paired with delicious sauces. The hamachi crudo and cauliflower appetizers were equally impressive. Every dish was thoughtful and beautifully executed. I’ll absolutely be back, especially since I’ve heard the menu will be updating soon. Highly recommend!”
“Very nice venue and addition to the Phoenix Art Museum. Modern styled dinning area, but welcoming and fresh. Service was above average with silverware and plate changes. Food was Very good and reasonable sized portions. My KIELBASA & PEROGIES were great and although I am not a huge fan of sauerkraut I found this version to be delicious!! My wife enjoyed her Rueben and I may get that next time we go as we have most of the season tickets for the Phoenix Theater. Drinks and wine was also a high spot! The waiter made suggestions and qualified the wine my wife ordered letting her know is had a color not usual for a Pinot Grigio, but said it was very good and she agreed to the point that I was looking to see if I could buy it locally!”
“Highly recommend dinner here!! Everything — drinks, starters, main dishes and desserts — was insanely delicious. Honestly the best dining experience we’ve had in AZ in years. Customer service was equally fantastic, as well as the fact that it wasn’t too loud and you could have a conversation at your table without straining. Can’t wait to come back, and so happy to see Conceptually Social in this new space — such a great way to end an afternoon strolling through the Phoenix Art Museum!”
“Restaurant was bright, and beautifully designed with a very well thought out contemporary decor that elevates the art museum. Isaiah was a great host and took care of our family with 3 toddler! The food is delicious and menu offered a nice selection. Patty melt was very juicy and well flavored. The salmon was perfectly cooked, medium at the center and crispy skin! The Mac and cheese was decadent and had such depth of flavor. The grilled cheese was by far the best we've ever had anywhere. Our 4 yo/6 yo boys loved everything, and most particularly the tomato bisque! I'd highly recommend this restaurant and looking for to coming back!”
“Went to Alden connected to The Phoenix Theater Company for the first time. We kinda had a weird experience in the beginning with the service and table confusion, but luckily the food (some of it) made up for it. I wouldn’t recommend the Fried Calamari, it came with chili jam & peanut sauce. The sauce didn’t pair well with the Calamari, and it didn’t look cooked (5/10). The main dishes made up for the interesting Calamari, they were all pretty good. Overall it was good but I think I’d only go there if I’m going to a play at the Phoenix Theater.”
