We are a small, neighborhood craft pizza restaurant. We specialize in making a long fermented dough by hand daily and cooking in a high temp dome style oven. We use local ingredients whenever possible.
“As I continue the hunt for the best pizza in Milwaukee, Wy'East has absolutely wowed me. Ordered their Margerhita pizza and devoured the entire thing. Just to die for man. Crispy, cheesy, with a fantastic sauce. Crust was crunchy and delicious. This place is legit, fairly priced, and has great service. Good beer on tap too. Applause - top 3 pizza spot in MKE, and you could argue it's #1.”

“This might be the best pizza in Milwaukee. I loved the fermented (sourdough?) crust. It was super thin and crispy. The zig zag pizza with sopressata and olives was the right amount of salty toppings for the bright tomato sauce. Will definitely order again.”
