We work closely with our local farmers to create a menu around what is currently available and fresh. Our menu is filled with vibrant fruits, vegetables, foraged items, local meats and cheeses and designed to be shared.

“If you have not been to Nomad in Tieton wa, don’t walk, RUN! To one of the best meals in wa! The bavette steak is melt in your mouth, the bone marrow canoes are spectacular. The pork belly bowl is the best pork belly I have ever had and I have had a LOT as its my favorite. How this small town got such a creative and spectacular chef with a good grasp on flavors and balance is beyond me.”
“I really love this place..its as local as they can make the food using farmers close to the area.. seasonal and always delicious.. the staff is always very friendly and attentive. And they manage to squeeze me at the chefs counter ( which i love) They anyways have a few staples on the menu but the rest changes with the season. Try the chefs tasting menu, it does not disappoint.. The cocktails are delicious and they have a nice selection of non alcoholic choices as well.. The desserts and locally roasted coffee is amazing 2/14/2026 enjoyed another amazing meal.. the service was outstanding w a full house of guests.. the tenderloin was cut using a fork.. sooooo delicious”
“Locally sourced, fresh and tasty. The atmosphere is great, friendly staff. And not to mention it’s right in the cute downtown square. It was busy in there but not too loud to talk. Highly recommend!”
“Good concept and came highly recommended, but I left disappointed. The squash dish was sublime, but the ribeye was overcooked. I am a big fan of the farm to table style, and it was evident they were supporting local suppliers. We were seated at a smaller table, but the "communal style" longer tables would be a great way to meet new friends. Service was very good, drinks were good - not bad, not great. Easy on street parking. If I could rate this place 4.5 or 4.75, I would.”
