“You must eat here! Kiola was an awesome server and gave us some great recommendations. We ended up having the salmon with ceviche as an appetizer. We split two dishes for dessert and let me tell you: Soo frecking good!!!! The chef Sergio did an amazing job preparing the food and so glad we had dinner here. We will be back again!”

“My husband and I visited Zion National Park and we tried 3 restaurants at Springdale and we think this was the best one out of the three. (We tried Bit&Spur and Oscar's as well.) The restaurant was pretty empty when we arrived around 7:30pm. We had no reservation but we didn't have to as half of the restaurant was empty then. (It filled up later on though) There were two waitresses running around to serve and the service was amazing. The food was incredible. I tried the fried rice and I enjoyed every bit and left no crumbs. I loved how cilantro adds freshness. The pork belly pieces were chunky so I cut them to small pieces to eat. My husband tried salmon that came with risotto with sheep's milk cheese(?) and he did the same. I couldn't enjoy his risotto because I am very sensitive to gameyness. But my husband said that salmon was the best salmon that he tried yet! It was our anniversary and we got a choice for free dessert and we asked for packing and she packed our dessert, but still lit the candles for us. It was very sweet gesture! We really considered going here again, but we wanted to try different restaurants. Next time we are coming to Zion, we are definitely coming back here again!”

“If I could give this place more stars, I would 1000% would. Our server Alex was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was PHENOMENAL!!! If you order anything, an absolute MUST is their lamb. I even included a non-sexy photo of our eaten lamb just to show how perfectly cooked it was. Not only was it cooked perfectly, but it was fall off the bone tender which I’ve never had with lamb before, nor did I think it was possible with lamb, but these chefs know exactly what they’re doing. Not only was the texture of the lamb perfection, but the FLAVOR I can write another whole paragraph on. SOOOOO good!! If there was any dish my bf and I have ever shared , I think this was the one neither of us wanted to share, and we love sharing food with each other. Ok, onto the Peruvian Seafood Rice: delicious, perfectly portioned and balanced with nearly all the nutritious components of the food pyramid. The burrata was also great. I think I would’ve just liked to see a little more veggies, but otherwise no complaints. As for their tres leches, GET IT. I was surprised by the serving size because this was the perfect amount to share between my bf and I, and I eat a lot. Overall, I would DEFINITELY recommend this spot to anyone and everyone!”

“The best dinner in Zion! Nate our server was excellent ! Sergio, the chef created the best dishes! Great Sarzerac cocktails ! We had the potato cakes, the beet salad and the short rib with gnocchi! The short rib meat was so succulent and the gnocchi was the best and made fresh! For dessert we had the fantastic tres leches! Highly recommend this restaurant!”

“O B S E S S E D! The food here is absolutely amazing. We have been here 5 times now and tried most of the menu. All the dishes are incredible. My top 3 were short rib, seafood rice, and loaded fries. Dessert and drinks are also outstanding. We got to meet Sergio (the chef) himself. He is an extremely nice and humble person. The dishes he creates are really amazing and we truly did not have a bad bite here. Erin (our waitress for multiple days) was also really great, professional, and friendly. Also the view from the restaurant is amazing!”
