“One of the best restaurants we’ve been to. Sami is an amazing server. Recommend the “grilled cheese”, sticky ribs, and duck lo mein. Banana bread is the dessert choice.”

“This restaurant is a must-visit! We ordered the pork chop, and it was absolutely delicious. If you enjoy a richer, fattier cut of pork, you will love this dish—the portion of fatty pork adds so much flavor. Even for a traditional Chinese dish, the presentation was impressively refined and elegant.”

“Definitely the best restaurant in Kanab, really enjoyed the experience and the food! Shared plate was a fun experience. Definitely make reservations ahead though, we were lucky to get a table without reservations, but had to wait an hour and a half (totally our fault, just didn’t want to commit to a reservation so we winged it) but just went back to our rental home which was 3 minutes away. For 2 adults we ordered 4 shared plates and they were generous enough for us to share half of each plate and pack up the other half to enjoy the next night! We enjoyed the Prickly Pear Margaritas very much and had the Banana Bread Pudding for dessert. Shared the Artichoke Mushroom Foccacia, Fried Rice, Duck and Arizona Beef. Absolutely delicious and generous portions! Reheated beautifully and was something quick and delicious to look forward to the next night after a long day on the motorcycle ☺️”

“Sego Restaurant is said to be one of the best and more high-end dining options in Kanab, a charming, tidy little town. Some locals mentioned that it has a master chef, which may explain why our server seemed a bit distant and was not very receptive when we politely mentioned that the Dan Dan noodles were a little oily. In fact, the noodles were quite oily and a bit too salty. The server told us that if we didn’t like it, we could switch to another dish—but did so without much warmth. We hope they can take customer feedback more openly. To be fair, the food is better than at Wild Thyme Bistro, though the service could feel more welcoming.”

“Our conceier suggested this place. We made a reservation. We waited 10 minutes for the hostess to notice us. When we finally sat down the hostesssuggest we order 6-7 items to share. The place was hot inside and service was slow. They didn't allow substitutions on the menu. You couldn't tone down the spice as most items must have been pre cooked. The portions were small and price was high. The steak was cut up for you. Ordered a cookie dessert and the cookie was burnt on the bottom. Overall would not recommend it return.”
