“An Absolute Gem in Napa Valley – Flawless Attention to Detail! The Views- The property itself is stunning, but the views are absolutely breathtaking. Whether you are enjoying a morning coffee or watching the sun set over the rolling hills and vineyards, the scenery is postcard-perfect. It immediately sets a tranquil, upscale tone for the entire trip. Attention to Detail What truly elevates Auberge during Soleil from a great hotel to a world-class one is their immaculate attention to detail. You can tell that every element of the guest experience has been carefully thought out. The Rooms: Beautifully designed, and equipped with incredibly thoughtful touches that made us feel completely pampered. The Service: The staff went above and beyond to anticipate our needs without being intrusive. Every interaction felt warm, genuine, and professional.”
“Le Rêve — The Dream. Auberge du Soleil is a serene hillside retreat in the Rutherford AVA blending French elegance with California rustic charm. Perched above the valley, it offers sweeping vineyard views, lavender-scented air, and peaceful stillness among olive trees. She loved our unforgettable sunset dinner on the Terrace — the sky shifting through soft interludes of gold, orange, violet, and deep blue. The Michelin-starred cuisine, paired with gracious, knowledgeable service, made the evening exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Frank and Mr. Zach for their warm hospitality during our anniversary dinner there. A timeless escape that feels like the South of France, yet distinctly Californian—La Magnifique.”
“First time visitor to Napa Valley. Auberge was the perfect spot. Convenient to some amazing wineries but all the amenities to just relax in property if you want. The staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food, whether breakfast or dinner, was incredible and the wait staff was delightful. We enjoyed simply walking around the property and taking in the incredible views and amazing landscaping throughout. We cannot recommend highly enough and we hope to one day be back for another visit.”
“My wife and I had a phenomenal dinner here this week. The service and cuisine were top notch and lived up to the reputation that preceded them. We were assisted in our food and wine pairing by Jackson, and he did exceptionally well! Everything tasted so wonderfully together. This was a special dinner that will stay with us for quite some time. Thank you Auberge du Soleil!”
“Everything about this property is stellar - the location offering a breathtaking view of the vineyards and valley below, the service that anticipates your every need, and the accommodations. So why not 5 stars? Well, two things - 1} the mattress could be more comfortable, and 2) the Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity was abysmal. The mattress, at least in our room, was a spring mattress, so when the person sleeping next to you tosses and turns, you feel it. Heaven help you if you're a light sleeper. Internet connection was so bad that emails with attachments could not be sent. If you use Instagram, forget it. Nothing loads. This is curious, because their entertainment system allows streaming, and that works just fine. Perhaps the Internet bandwidth for other devices is so throttled, that it's a throwback to the early 2000s. Thinking you might fallback to 5G? Nope, only 4G LTE from this location. Apart from these things, ADS is faultless.”
