Welcome to Barton Family Estate! The Estate is home to Barton Family Wines, Grey Wolf Cellars, Grain + Vine Craft Distillery and Barton's Kitchen. Since 1994, the Estate has been family owned and operated. We are a boutique, farmhouse chic winery nestled under ancient live oak trees with views of our surrounding estate vineyard. Our award-winning wines are a testament to the Paso Robles region. There is something for everyone to enjoy from crisp whites to fun orange wine and an array of unique reds. Barton's Kitchen is a farm-to-table style restaurant that uses local, seasonal produce. Grain + Vine offers craft cocktails and tasting flights of our five spirits including Vodka, Gin, Rum, Bourbon and Rye. With each reservation, we can accommodate wine, spirits and food all at one table. We look forward to meeting you and hope that we can help you create memories to last a lifetime. Cheers! --- For parties of 8 or larger and any inquiries please email tastingroom@greywolfcellars. We are a family and dog friendly winery, restaurant and distillery. All dogs must be on a leash and will be seated outdoors. With each reservation, we can accommodate wine, spirits and food all at one table. Most seating is outdoors due to our small tasting room size, however we offer a comfortable covered, heated patio.

“After a Friday patio tasting at Lone Madrone where they weren't serving food, we ended up driving down the road a bit to Grey Wolf and Barton Family Wines where we had an absolutely delicious lunch with craft cocktails - lit spritz and yummy seared salmon for me! The seared salmon with fire roasted tomato, lentils, barley, roasted squash, wilted spinach and topped with lemon vinaigrette & pepitas was incredible. We were ravenous and so enjoyed our first meal of a weekend Paso trip as we took in views of beautiful rolling hills covered in vineyards. Service, food and ambiance were A+. I'd definitely return to taste their wines...and to have another amazing meal here!”
“Walk in party of 6 for a birthday celebration 🎂. Mark was our hostess. He gave us a quick tour of the distillery area. Mark was very informative of their liqours and drinks. We ordered a Basil Gimlet made with vodka and then the Blood Orange cocktail. Both were perfe t for this hot summer day. We sat outside, and even though it was warm, it was a beautiful time. If you have time, stop by and ask for Mark. 😊”
“Wow this place is amazing, great staff and before you know it you find a distillery in the property! Awesome swag and bourbon cherries!!!! The Mac and cheese was bomb, served 4 little ones with one order and we did the red flight. Beautiful scenery, the people that work here are dam lucky”
“Wish I could say how the wine is here. We were greeted after waiting about 5 minutes at the tasting area, and they found our reservation and seated us on the patio. But after sitting for 30 minutes without being acknowledged, much less served, we left. It's got a nice patio, though.”
