Since 2000, CASS Winery has been producing 100% estate grown Rhone and Bordeaux varietal wines from their 145 acres of ENTAV certified vines. “French DNA, Paso personality” is the perfect way to describe their pursuit of excellence with a laidback and welcoming approach. CASS focuses on producing wines that express the true varietal nature and their sustainably farmed vineyard. Coupled with our award winning Café and catering, CASS Winery has become a true gem of the Paso Robles wine country.
