“So we came to Benihanas because last time I went to one the food was top tier. But now their menus are stupid and difficult to figure out. None of the 6 of us knew how to order. Then they do not know how to properly cook a steak. Their medium rare was not cooked at all, just the outside was cooked. The inside was raw. Then a rare was also ordered. That was disgusting. I'm not a fan of the constant noise the cook was making. I dunno, it just wasn't a great birthday dinner 😞 I was soooo disappointed. The bathroom was a mess as well as one stall was down, so I just waited until we got home. There aren't any high chairs or booster seats. They added 2 plates and 2 chairs making it nearly impossible to move. I tried to enjoy it. The ONLY good things that make me happy were the shrimp. I'm the only one who eats shrimp so I got my significant others shrimp and my daughter's shrimp. Then they don't honor their reservations. The place was overpacked. Reservation was at 7, didn't get sat until 750ish. My little girl was STARVING. she kept begging us to just go get happy meals 😆”
