“Went to The Blanc Champagne Bar with three other girls and we had such a great time! The vibes and decor are on point—super cute, chic, and perfect for a girls’ night, date night, or a fun celebration. We started with the champagne flight (which was such a fun way to try a few different options) and also ordered the Dubai Emerald martini and the Dirty Chai Martini — all so good. Everything we tried was delicious, but the food really surprised us in the best way. We shared the meat and cheese charcuterie board, Sticky Korean Shortribs, Spicy Crispy Shrimp, and Pomme Frites with two dippings, and honestly… there wasn’t a single miss. The shortrib bites were super flavorful, the shrimp were perfectly crispy, and the fries + dips were the perfect shareable snack. Pair that with great drinks and a really cool atmosphere, and it made for an awesome night out. If you’re looking for a stylish spot in Kansas City for champagne, cocktails, and shareable bites, this place is definitely worth checking out. We’ll 100% be back!”

“I reserved a spot at Blanc for my 30th birthday party celebration and the experience was exceptional. The main level was aesthetically pleasing with a beautiful bar and table/lounge seating. My group of seven girls talked, dined, and enjoyed ourselves for 3.5 hours at our table! Our server was sweet and welcoming, and the owner came and delivered food to our table, too. I loved the shrimp appetizer as it had a little bit of a sweet/spicy kick to it, and the salmon dish was made with delicious ingredients including quinoa and a cucumber crunch—a very refreshing dish. After dinner, the owner told us to check out the rooftop, and I must say it was one of the most beautiful views I have seen of Kansas City. I am so glad we went up there! The rooftop was beautifully set up, which I expected due to the pretty decor on the main level. I will certainly be back to visit, and will make my way up to the rooftop again here soon.”

“This place is absolutely beautiful — the decor and atmosphere are easily a 10/10. I especially loved the velvet seating; it’s so comfortable and makes you want to stay forever. I ordered the brunch burrito. It was good, maybe a little dry for my taste, but the coleslaw on the side was AMAZING. They also serve coffee — not really a specialty coffee place, but it does the job. Now… the blueberry lavender mimosa??? O M G. I almost died and came back to life. FABULOUS. Truly one of the best mimosas I’ve ever had. I feel like it unlocked a new life necessity for me 😂 The hostess at the entrance was absolutely lovely and welcoming. Our waitress was okay, though I’d suggest smiling a little more. Overall, the service was still very good. The food took a bit longer than expected, but honestly it kind of felt like part of the experience. Would I come back? Maybe — although Kansas City has so many places I’d still love to explore.”

“We went for brunch and Idk what they do to the eggs in that kitchen, but it's magical! Hands down the best omelet of my life and the quiche was also divine. When I ordered bacon they asked if I wanted it crispy. Yes, please, and thanks for asking! It was exactly like I make it at home. The side salad was also inexplicably delicious and the breakfast potatoes on point. The bubbles were flowing and the space is super cute! The only negative was that our server was also the (only) bartender, and they were full to capacity with people drinking. It was strange that our food came out before the drinks that we ordered at the same time. We were definitely there longer than intended, waiting to get our check and pay it. The servers (others started helping us) were all very friendly, though, and ours did comp a couple of drinks for the slow service. I'll be back, for sure. Hopefully on a day they're not short a server.”
