Reservations are highly recommended in the summer. For parties larger than 9 please reach out to our office at (209) 795-2357 Reservation Policy. Reservations at Blue Lake Bistro are taken seriously. To guarantee the reservation process operates smoothly, diners shall follow these guidelines: 1. Seating. A member’s entire party must be present to be seated. If members of the party are missing the party shall wait to be seated. If the wait time causes the reservation to become late, the next steps apply. 2. Late Reservations. · Reservations will be honored for 15 minutes only. · Diners arriving after 15 minutes understand there’s no guarantee a table will be available which may cause forfeiture of the reservation for late arrival. · The next available open reservation to accommodate the party size may be offered, if possible.
