“We've been here twice now (once for apps and cocktails and last night for dinner) and it's been outstanding both times. It's a hidden gem in the basement of the building Noto's is in but it is not generally as busy as Noto's. Northern Italy cuisine so different than it's upstairs friends but every bit as good (maybe better). Highly recommend! I had the fish and it was wonderful and we all split two apps (potato/bacon dip and Alpine meatballs) and they were both fabulous. Wine list is great and cocktails are wonderful too. And Emily is a great server!”

“We happened across Bormio one day and simply loved its food, wine, beer, service, and atmosphere. Being of German descent, they are spot on with their foods, and anyone will find many dishes to enjoy. The music has a nice groove and is set to a level that allows easy table conversations. We loved it so much we took my 87 yr old mom there to honor my dad's birthday. The owners even found a way to make the night more special. Well done, Bormio!”

“All I can say is wow. Such a delightful surprise. My wife and I stopped in by accident visiting from out of town. We planned to eat at NOTO after reading reviews online (the restaurant upstairs) and got there at opening hopeful to snag a table, but didn’t realize we’d need reservations so early in the day. The hostess at NOTO recommended the restaurant downstairs. We’d never heard of it but it deserves as much praise as NOTO. The atmosphere was excellent, the menus were designed beautifully and the staff was delightful. Everything was delicious, the spinach dumplings, salad, and venison left me no room for dessert! While I was bummed to miss out on NOTO, Bormio was a happy accident that turned out to be a highlight of our trip. Can’t wait to come back.”

“We went for the fondue experience and it didn't disappoint. Megan was our waitress, she was very knowledgeable about all the dishes and drinks and her recommendations were amazing . We had the Fondue for dinner, the chocolate fondue for dessert, an old fashion and a Marille. We'll definitely be back to try the regular menu. Thank you Bormio for an amazing dining experience.”

“My husband and I came to Bormio for our Friday night datenight. They exceeded our expectations! I cannot express how much we enjoyed the atmosphere, the food, and the friendly people. Each course was perfectly timed. The gorgeous presentation of the food was incredible. The flavors in each course were superb! We will definitely keep Bormio on our list of favorites.”
