“This was a different experience than going on a bourbon tour. It was a small operation but kinda neat to see what goes into making gourmet soy sauces and smoked seasonings and spices. You get to taste some of the soy and specialty spices and seasoning at the end of the tour. While a unique experience, this was not for me as even with some cucumbers and strawberries to go with the tastings, it was a bit odd to taste the very salty soy samples. The staff was friendly and personable. This is one of those it may be or not be your type of experience.”
