“Our room was ready three hours before the official check-in time, which was a great start to our stay. When we checked in, the front desk noticed we were celebrating my daughter's birthday and generously offered complimentary gelato for all four of our children to help celebrate. That thoughtful gesture made us feel truly welcomed. The pool was amazing, and every member of the hotel staff went above and beyond throughout our stay. From their warm smiles and opening doors to addressing me by name when delivering poolside drinks, the level of service was exceptional. Our room was perfect, the view was incredible, and even on the 20th floor, we had the hottest shower water I've experienced in a hotel. To top it all off, after checking out, I realized I had accidentally left my laptop in the room. I contacted the hotel, and their security team located and retrieved it promptly, making what could have been a very stressful situation completely hassle-free. We were especially impressed that the staff maintained such outstanding service while preparing for a major influx of guests ahead of the first FIFA game in Arlington the following day. We will absolutely be returning to this property for future stays and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“Starting out, the service checking in was fantastic. The valet guys and front desk folks were courteous and professional. My room was clean and well appointed. The details were spot on (quality and attractive furnishings, comfortable bed, good overall lighting, plenty of electrical and USB charging ports to choose from, foot bar in the shower, etc.). Only hiccup was the handling of the bill at checkout. I spoke with the front desk and the issue was eventually resolved. I recommend the Loews-Arlington highly.”

“Everything was pretty decent!! The only thing that bugged me was we had brunch at the hotel restaurant. We order our food everything came out looking good. We tssted the waffles, they were super duper sweet. We asked if we could take them off our ticket and send them back. Our waiter was nice, he told us not to worry about it the order would be taken off alone those lines.. He did offer another suggestion which was OK still not that tasty. But we were still charged for the dish. Another issue was when we checked in we valeted our truck, im assuming with taking all the luggage out the truck they never asked for our keys which we thought we left them in the vehicle. We received a 6:00am call from valet stating our truck was never parked and left out front unlock. Keep in mind we checked in around 10:00pm the night before and no one ever thought to call us. We weren't charged but, that's really scary knowing our truck was unlocked left out front of the hotel.”

“Our stay at Loews Arlington Hotel was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. Everything felt fresh and high end, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was both welcoming and polished. One of the best parts of the location is how close it is to the area’s major attractions. Being near AT&T Stadium and Globe Life Field makes it incredibly convenient for events, games, and entertainment. The property itself offers great amenities, excellent dining options, and a lively atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would absolutely recommend Loews Arlington Hotel to anyone visiting Arlington. It is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location.”
