“..Cool place to go when your daughter completely flips out at the 6th floor rooftop observation bar during a perfect sunset and you have a $15 Prosecco spill all over your lap then pay for an hours’s worth of bowling that lasts 30 minutes and you go home angry. The old fashioned was decent.”
“We happened upon this cozy spot while staying at The Restoration Hotel. What a wonderful atmosphere to enjoy games of all sorts, including pinball, golf, ski-ball, Pac-Man and more. All games but bowling are free to paying customers. We had a great time, enjoyed the food and plan to return with friends soon.”
“"We gathered for a dinner get-together with colleagues, and the ambience was awesome. There were a couple of games available—like bowling and pool—among others. They had a good variety of drinks, though the snacks were just average. Overall, the place was well-suited for an evening out and dinner. Live music & karaoke was the peak of this event. The bowling alley had some technical issues during our visit, but everything else was fine."”
“Ordered a smash burger with only onion and cheese. It came out with everything on it & I was told there was a miscommunication because onion is in the sauce but no worries they would remake it. It came out with raw red onion… just frustrated because the menu specifically states caramelized onions but I wasn’t about to send it back again…. Just expected more from such a well known place”
“The bar was quite fun and the majority of the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. This review is to put one man on BLAST for insane behavior that is entirely unacceptable for any person who wants to be accepted in modern society, let alone someone who works in the service industry for a living. My group was bowling, and the lanes were so ungreased that you could easily walk down them. Yes, I know this is a BAR and not a bowling alley. We did not expect a top notch bowling experience. With that being said, we did pay $30 to have access to the small lane for an hour. When we started playing and realized how ungreased the lane was, my sister's boyfriend asked the man pictured below if he was "in charge." When he said yes, my sister's boyfriend asked about how often they greased their lanes. The man STARED at my sister's boyfriend, refusing to open his mouth. He literally just glared at my sister's boyfriend as a move of intimidation, as if to say "how dare you ask me about something like the grease on a bowling lane when I'm wearing this fancy suit and clearly am above this kind of concern." After a few seconds, my sister's boyfriend just said "nevermind," and the rude employee turned on his heel and proudly strutted away. As he walked off, we all clearly saw him roll his eyes and shake his head in disbelief, like this was the silliest thing anyone had ever asked him. It was incredibly insulting, and left the entire group feeling belittled and embarrassed. The employee in the images below should either be fired or put in a position where he is no longer interacting with any customers. I would not return to this place if I knew I would have to see that man again. Disappointed. #WhyDoMenRuinEverything #EspeciallyMenInSuits”
