“Great tacos (La Fresa, El Rey, and La Mari). and good view of Austin hill country. Charro beans and rice had a good smoky flavor. Half Caesar-half kale salad was also good. The only disappointment was the Guacamole Especial, which wasn’t very flavorful. Open, clean interior.”
“I came here for brunch/lunch with a group of six and we had such a great experience. First, Griffin took amazing care of us. He started by recommending drinks, and I ordered the horchata which it was absolutely delicious. The manager also came to our table and gave us some great food recommendations. The service by Griffin and the manager Ruben were both 10/10. You can really tell the staff enjoys being there because everyone was so welcoming and so nice. Now, let’s talk about the food: LOVED IT! Everything was so fresh and amazing. We tried the Achiote Citrus Chicken (which by the way is super popular there), Flautas, Chimichurri Skirt Steak, salad, Street Corn, Grilled Beets, and Nachos. Churros were delicious too!! The atmosphere is gorgeous, their decor is so nice. It also has a really nice view that makes the whole experience even better. I left impressed and already looking forward to coming back. What an incredible spot! Highly recommend”
“I ate here last night and had a really great experience. We sat at the bar and The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed dinner. I ordered the chimichurry steak with the charro beans, also the crispy empanadas, and everything was cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, which made the experience even better. Service was quick, and the food came out hot and fresh. Overall, this is a great spot if you’re looking for quality food and a comfortable setting. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to others. Big thumbs up for our bartender itzel! She's awesome 👌”
“Beautiful indoor and outdoor restaurant. Food was great! Which I ordered the #2 Yucatan Spice Chicken meal. The chicken had a lot of flavor and a spicy kick to it, which is what I like. Their rice was fluffy. I loved their grilled sweet potato! And their chicken flautas was on point! Our server was so attentive, very knowledgeable, and super friendly. I will definitely go back for sure!”
“Today was my last visit. What is this liquid that’s 2” deep in the bottom of a salad that has no dressing?? - Patio has a nice hill country view but NO protection from the sun or plants to improve the vibe or break the typical Austin wind which blew over the chips bowl - speaking of chips, what Mexican places in Austin require you to pay for chips and salsa?? And if we’re going to have to pay, be more generous with the salsa. - their guac with green apple and their tacos are good. Steer away from the power “bol” (pictures) - I ordered the “bol” and it was missing the escabeche - the key reason I ordered the bowl - the “limon” margarita tastes like Kool-Aid My husband has not liked this spot for a while, and now I have to agree with him, which is too bad as there are so few good restaurants in this west side of Austin.”
