Ok, if you are looking for truly authentic and to end, full Italian experience, with nothing, but Italian wines Italian style foods made to perfection with homemade pastas hand, rolled everything and attention to detail… You found it here. I walked in the door with no intentions of enjoying a bottle of wine or other details and once I saw the wine menu and the selections, I had no other choice, but to order a bottle of wine, talked at the wine Somalia and choose to have a wonderful experience. I worked with Josh to choose a bottle of wine. He was very knowledgeable and met my well overwhelming demands of flavor in Spectrum that I was looking for. We worked to pair my entire dinner together with everything that I wanted to have and the delights that we wanted to enjoy and nailed it dead on. Such a great overall experience to enjoy great food, great wine, great people and wonderful service. I truly cannot say enough about this restaurant. “Definitely a must try if you’re near or in the Baltimore area. We came from York, PA to try it out and WOW! Service was amazing from the moment we walked through the door. “This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Baltimore! The staff were absolutely amazing from the moment we walked in until we left. We were celebrating our one-year wedding anniversary, and as a same-sex couple, things can be a bit unpredictable, but we were greeted with such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The food was just unforgettable. We also never found ourselves with an empty glass. The portions were the perfect size. We could tell it was all made with care and fresh, high-quality ingredients. I can see how some things might not fit everyone’s palette, so make sure you check the menu before you go. We have absolutely no complaints. We had a great time and can’t wait to share our experience with anyone who’s interested.”

“Went for a triple date night last Saturday. The inside is beautiful, spacious and clean. The cocktails and Limoncello were perfection, and the staff were efficient and friendly. The only drawback-but it's a big one-is the food is okay. Just okay, nothing special. To me, it felt like most of the Atlas restaurants. They have a great vibe/atmosphere, but the food is a bit of a letdown.”

“Everything was great until my carbonara arrived and, for the first time ever have i had a carbonara without the carbone (black pepper). They even add some sort of green beens, which absolutely ruin the experience for carbonara enthusiasts. The other dishes are good though.”
