“We stopped in while traveling out of state, and this location turned out to be the perfect break. The atmosphere and menu reminded us of Houston’s—elevated décor with a comfortable feel. While I was a little disappointed they didn’t offer a spinach dip appetizer, everything else exceeded expectations. Our server, Drew, was prompt, polite, and very attentive to our requests. We’ve visited other locations in this chain and have consistently had great experiences, and this one was no exception. The steak was cooked perfectly with a great sear. Although there’s no dedicated kids’ menu, we were able to customize portions to make it work. Parking was plentiful, even with the restaurant being next to a busy mall. Overall, a reliable and enjoyable stop on our trip.”

“We found the atmosphere at J. Alexander’s Restaurant felt very upper scale. Though it is a very casual place the decor is very nice. Our food was really good, my shrimp tacos were delicious. My wife had fish tacos and really enjoyed them. Our server was very friendly and very attentive. This is a nice place to eat and we will return.”

“Meal was tasty. I got the special which was a chicken Milanese. For a drink, I got the doppelgänger. The reason I gave the food three out of five is because the salad was swimming in the dressing, which was incredibly tasty, but there were so much of it. I had to lift my salad out of my plate onto a separate plate and let it drain. It was still too much, but as I said, the flavor of the dressing was fantastic. I would recommend if you do not like a lot of dressing ask for their dressing on the side.”
