“Amazing service. Roberto was our server and we couldn't be more delighted. Food was awesome. Hubby ordered the milanese and I ordered the branzino. Appetizer were delightful too (tried the veal carpaccio) and their bean soup was amazing. We had a great time but sevice was the highlight of the night. I tried other place in Blue Ridge and so far this has been the best of my trip!”
“Came here for an anniversary dinner with my husband. Felt welcome and taken care of from the moment we walked in until we left. I got the lamb ossobuco and risotto, huge portion and so good. The meat was falling off the bone tender and the risotto was decadent. My husband got the Chilean sea bass- said it was delicious and cooked perfectly. We passed on dessert due to my husband’s dietary restrictions and me not wanting a whole dessert to myself, but they surprised us with complimentary gelato! Very sweet gesture and much appreciated. Definitely recommend and would love to come back when we’re back in town.”
“This was our first time in this establishment that has been in Blue Ridge for 4+ years. Not sure how we missed it!!!! We chose to celebrate Mother’s Day this visit and everything we heard about this restaurant was spot on. It sits upstairs on W main ST and from the time you enter the service is remarkable. From the warm smile to greet and sit you to the continued hands on care at the table. Water glass was never empty 😎 The menu has a vas variety of Italian selections, but the specials is what we choose was presented to us by Roberto. From the first bite of the main course to the last of our fresh dessert, the food was amazing. The prices are very reasonable and would suggest reservations during the weekend/evening. This is a must if you are looking for great Italian cuisine.”
“We had an incredible experience at Ferraro’s Kitchen last night while celebrating our sweet friends bachelorette in the VIP room. Our party of six couldn’t have asked for a better evening. I have a very restricted diet due to allergens and almost never eat out because of it but our servers, Tony and Josiah, completely changed that for me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was safe, thoughtful, and still absolutely delicious. That level of care and attention meant more than I can put into words. The steak was, without a doubt, the best I’ve ever had. And the olive oil… I genuinely wanted to buy a bottle and take it home it was THAT good. Tony and Josiah didn’t just provide great service they made the entire night feel easy, special, and memorable for everyone at the table. We felt genuinely taken care of from start to finish. Thank you for making a celebration like this possible for someone who usually has to sit those experiences out. We’ll absolutely be back!! This place was one for the books !! :,)”
“My fiancé treated me to a birthday/anniversary dinner here and it was lovely. This place definitely prides itself on its amazing high quality food and impeccable service. Robert, our server was kind, genuine and very knowledgeable. I imagine he serves countless people celebrating something around Valentine’s Day and he still managed to make our night feel special. Appetizers: - Grilled octopus: 4/5: classic combo of octopus with potatoes. I liked the addition of the olives, but the dish needed a hit of lemon - Venison carpaccio 5/5: absolutely incredible; this dish was both of our favorites from the whole dinner. Will definitely dream about this dish. Main course: - Lamb Ossobuco, 4/5: incredibly tender fall-off-the bone lamb and the saffron risotto was lovely - but the dish was missing something - the lamb dipped in the sauce from the Chilean sea bass made it 5/5 - Chilean sea bass with puttanesca, 4/5: perfectly cooked fish but the strong flavor of the olive puttanesca overpowered the delicate flavor of the white fish. I feel like the fish paired better over the mild saffron risotto and the lamb with the olive sauce - not a criticism! Just my preference. Everything was cooked perfectly and came out perfectly timed. Atmosphere: inviting and warm. My only suggestion is for the restaurant to invest in some better art - the random framed stock images leave something to be desired.”
