“I have been coming to this lovely bistro since it opened many many years ago. They are still as good (or better) than before. Only restaurants with a great manager at the helm can survive this long and continue to be exceptional. We had a reservation for a party of 6 outdoors. Some of our friends were very late and they were so accommodating. If you know french bistro cuisine this is the place! BEST mussels & frites you will find in town traditionally made and served like in Brittany! Our server Jake (Jacob) was wonderful and attentive so were others who were serving us. If you get a table inside their cozy dining room in the winter or in their beautiful outdoor patio you can enjoy a very beautiful and relaxing atmosphere.”

“Absolument éblouissant! ✨ We loved the food -- especially the lentil soup and the coconut curry vegetables, but best of all was Miss Katie May's legendary service and hospitality. She stayed for at least an hour past her shift to make sure that every detail of our birthday dinner was magical. She made our service dog 🐕‍🦺 feel especially welcome -- he loved his Christmas wrapping paper themed blankets, and she treated my husband and me like the most important people in the world. And then when we got back to our hotel, I found my rosary 📿! Thank you for your powerful prayer, Miss Katie May. No coincidences.”

“This place was amazing! Great food! Wonderful atmosphere. And outstanding service (thank you, Jenni!)! My husband had the coconut 🥥 red curry 🍛 vegetable potage (so good), and I had the steak 🥩 frites 🍟 (to die for). For desert, he had the malva pudding, and I had the lemon 🍋 posset. The next time we're in Buffalo, we're definitely coming back here.”

“Order the steak frites, you won't regret it. The fried brie with jam was also delicious. Great restaurant to come in with a big party. They were able to sit us in s really big table. I loved the ambiance in the restaurant and the decor.”

“We went to Coco for dinner at 6 pm on a Thursday and it was pretty quiet. There were six tables in the dining area and one waitress for the entire dining room including bussing. Unfortunately this is more of a "high-touch" restaurant (as an example she wanted to box our leftovers for us rather than just bringing us a to go box) and one waitress for six tables was not sufficient. As a result there were multiple points when we were waiting for service. The dining room was dark and dull and the music was so quiet my husband didn't even notice there was any, however we heard all of the conversation of the table seated next to us. We ordered the burger and fries, gluten-free caramelized mushroom pizza, and lapin orecchiette ("pasta with rabbit sausage, spinach, blistered tomato, Aleppo pepper"). All the food was mediocre but perhaps especially the pasta dish. It had tiny bits of sausage and looked like they'd thrown in a handful of baby spinach and halved grape tomatoes. There was no pepper to be tasted - very bland. The pizza topping flavor was good but the crust was neither crispy nor doughy. My daughter said she liked the burger at The Terrace better (and even the one at Duffs) but she did give the fries high marks. Also, be aware that they charge you to use your card. I never saw this prior to being charged, because the service was so slow that I gave the waitress my card without seeing the bill, thinking it would be straightforward and I could finish up faster that way.”
