“Great little wine bar if you want to taste a lot of wines. Good descriptions but not sommelier level service”
“We stumbled in on happy hour and we're very surprised to find a completely empty restaurant! There's a variety of seating options along with artistic takes on childhood games (see photos) along with a decent happy hour! I mean, $9 for select food items & craft cocktails + 15% off wine pours, where was everyone?! My husband had the Unfashionable Meeting (it smelled really good but he ended up not loving the flavor) while I went the wine route. This was my first time at a wine bar where you got to have different pours of different types of wine and the bill can quickly multiply! I tried at least 4 before settling on a bigger pour of a Rosé. 🍷 As for food, we tried... Goat Cheese Crostini--This was so so so good! Perfect blend of flavors! I'd come back just for this! Meatball Marinara--the meatballs were a little salty for my liking Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms--These seemed to be lacking but I'm not sure what. Maybe they just breed a little more balsamic glaze? I'd give them another try. The other food on the menu sounded good as well, so we plan to return! All the servers we talked to were friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed! Thank you!”
“The self serve wine is a cool concept! The red wine did eject poorly and got all over my sister’s white shirt though. Food was priced well. Overall a good experience.”
“The concept of trying the wine at self service stations is different than a regular restaurant. It goes through a store-owned card system. It would be nicer if they would let you sit down first and then explain it in more detail. The wines themselves were a mixed Bad and the prices at the wine stations were super expensive, especially for one-ounce pours. We had a charcuterie board which was great but the other food was average and very overpriced. The design of the place is a mix of all sorts of things that don’t match, not greeting a great atmosphere. We won’t be back.”
“As a wine lover, I was excited to stop in and try wine at Uncorked, but overall I was disappointed. The décor and atmosphere left something to be desired and felt like a miss. The music was also extremely loud for a Sunday afternoon, more like a club than a relaxed wine bar. It was the weekend before Christmas, and I was honestly expecting something festive rather than Pitbull playing at 4 p.m. The wines themselves were honestly just fair at best. I also found the prices at the wine stations to be expensive, especially for one-ounce pours. We didn’t stay long and won’t be back.”
