Bistro at Lake Chelan is an International restaurant in the Chelan neighborhood of Chelan.
“Found it through the Resy Dining platform (Amex exclusive 👀) and used my $100 quarterly dining credit from the Amex Platinum Card — basically got to enjoy this amazing French meal for “free”! Highly recommend taking advantage of that if you have Amex Platinum 👏 Here’s what we ordered: 🥖 Baguette – $6 🧅 French Onion Soup – $9 🐟 Grilled Tuna “Mita” – $32 🥩 Steak Frites – $36 🦀 Gateaux Crabe (Crab Cake) – $38 🍮 Classic Crème Brûlée – $8 My absolute fave was the tuna “Mita” — perfectly seared, flavorful, and fresh! It can get a bit crowded so you might have to wait a bit. Personally, I don’t mind waiting, the food is worth the wait!”
“If you are in Chelan and searching for a quaint and cozy spot to grab a bite to eat paired with a hand crafted delicious cocktail, look no further than The Bistro! We came for Sunday brunch and I ordered the chicken & waffles, still dreaming about them, and the yummiest spritz. The food was outstanding! The servers are friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant is small so I would suggest making reservations. I will definitely be back to dine for dinner and have reservations again tomorrow for brunch!! Such a gem of a restaurant in Lake Chelan!”
“Great food, great atmosphere, amazing service! We enjoyed all dishes, with the most remarkable being the watermelon salad. The kids had some kids items that are unlisted on the printed menu and they loved it. Everyone on the staff were super nice and welcoming. This is such a gem in Chelan and we'll definitely be back. Parking was a breeze right out front on the street and generally it seemed no one had issues finding parking.”
“Well their condition inside clean they have chandeliers a nice ambience very clean bathrooms and very fresh tasty food simply Delicious. I hate fish in my wife had me try the tuna that they made I couldn't tell it was fish I thought it was steak it was so fresh. I had a salad my son have waffles and chicken and I tried it all it was simply delicious. If we're ever in this part of the state again will definitely stop by to eat again.”
“Response to the restaurant’s comment: Thank you for your response. There was no point during our interaction when we were informed that a reservation was required in order to be seated. Had that been communicated clearly and courteously, we would have completely understood and moved on. What appears to be overlooked in your response is the actual experience that led to my review: staff members smirking, exchanging looks, rolling their eyes, and speaking in a manner that made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Whether intentional or not, that was our experience as first-time visitors. At this point, I do not wish to engage in further discussion, as it seems unproductive when an honest account of a customer’s experience is met with suggestions that they are attempting to “harm the business” or that their credibility should be questioned. Ironically, that response mirrors the dismissive attitude we encountered in person. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, both positive and negative. I have simply shared mine and will leave it at that. I genuinely wish your business well and hope future guests are treated with the courtesy and respect every customer deserves. ***** Original review: We were denied seating when there were just tables full and rest of the place was empty. The staff kept passing comments as if we were non existent and smirking to each other making it very uncomfortable. Seemed extremely racist and judgemental because they seated another couple right after us when we were exiting. Guys, please be courteous and kind to customers in the least”
