“Multi purpose greatness here . The shop is incredible . Lots of luxury upscale items . Very unique and stylish. The bistro downstairs is so cozy and upscale as well. Would have liked a bit more variety in the offerings but despite that the quiche and seafood gumbo were excellent ! Maybe best seafood gumbo we’ve had. Listen—-get a cookie ! Have them warm it up. Contemplate life 😋”

“Terrific breakfast lunch place in the center of Fredericksburg. Beautiful surrounding and a nice selection of wines. Must try the Rueben sandwich..delish. My husband had the French dip and it was also very good.”

“Vaudeville earns its reputation as one of the better lunch spots in town. The étouffée special on mondays was outstanding - rich, well-seasoned, and executed with real care. The club sandwich was top tier, no notes. The pork belly tacos had great flavor but a fundamental structural problem: they pile on so much filling you physically cannot get to the tortilla nor even know they exist. Call them something else on the menu, because a taco you can't eat like a taco is a different dish. The wine list is exceptional, and the sommelier was knowledgeable, engaged, and genuinely helpful without being pretentious. A strong lunch stop with one dish that needs a rethink. Most tourists will try to sit outside on main, but make the trip downstairs!”

“Food is a little disappointing for a fancy restaurant like this. Too salty they putted too much olive paste on the sandwich. Doesn’t taste bad that’s all I can say . Good portion. Lots of ppl around 1400 on a Sunday and surprisingly the wait is not very long. Many people when I was there so really loud.”

“We went here yesterday for my birthday dinner. Atmosphere and ambiance was okay and service was great. We ordered the chorizo pizza and the combination charcuterie board. Pizza was decent, 3/5 and with the charcuterie, you can’t really go wrong. Until, you get a micro piece of the meat slicer lodge on your gum. Yes, it was a metal piece from the meat slicer they used to slice the prosciutto. Then, we didn’t end up finishing the food, since there were gnats that landed on our food (see photo). I told the server about the metal I found, she was apologetic and comped the charcuterie. But for something that hurt a customer, you would think you’d hear from the manager. We ended our dinner early. We had a great day, and wanted to end it with a great dinner. But, vaudeville had a different idea. Would never come back to this place.”
