“Indian fusion food in a very casual setting (you order at the counter and sit down). Everything tasted good. Can recommend butter chicken and sheekh kebab. The sauces are clearly western influenced with fruits & sour dressings, which doesn’t always match the dish imo. The paneer came out a bit too dry and crumbly… Parking is easy.”

“Visited Pondicheri in Houston and really enjoyed the food. The fresh orange juice was refreshing, the lamb seekh kebab was cooked perfectly, and the naan with butter chicken hit the spot. Ended the meal with pistachio kulfi, which was a good choice. Ordering is simple, you place your order at the front and they bring the food to your table. Overall, a pleasant dining experience!”

“I came at lunch time on Tuesday. I didn't get a receipt, but I think I paid 28.00 for earth Thali. I would not get it again. I cook with a lot of "Indian" spices and make some Indian style dishes at home. The food that I had did not have the depth of flavor profiles that I expected for almost $30.00. Not to mention that I left a tip because I didn't realize that you get your own water(had floaters in it), and place settings and of course you place your order at the register. I don't understand why the tip option even comes up on the payment device considering that they're not promoting any service. I would say if everything on my plate the butter chicken was the worst. It tasted a lot like marinara sauce. Nothing like that. I'm used to with the ginger and the garlic and those flavors. Honestly, I thought it would come with rice too because that bread was not enough of a portion size. I will probably compare it to a chain Indian food restaurant where the food cost about $12 for lunch.”

“Our server was amazing and we got seated really quickly. The atmosphere is really good; the place is really clean. Beautiful artwork. The food was okay - I was expecting to be blown away - especially for the price I don't think it was worth it. Definitely would come back, but I will be more specific on what I order and more particular on asking my waitress to describe the food so I can get exactly what I picture the food to be.”
