Hidden Omakase has established itself as one of the best and most opulent omakase experiences in the city, and now, it’s aiming to offer a just as delicious, but more faster paced option. Its latest establishment, Sushi by Hidden is offering a 30-minute lunch, 12-course omakase experience for $60 and a 45-minute dinner, 13 course omakase for $75, that seats only 10 guests at a time. Guests will also be treated to a rotation of artwork that’s rotated quarterly, thanks to an in-house gallery created for diners to enjoy.
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel welcomed and genuinely valued — attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly personable without ever being overbearing. Every course is thoughtfully crafted and beautifully presented. You can truly taste the precision and care that goes into each dish. I’ve been here twice now, and both visits exceeded expectations. If you’re a sushi lover, this place is a must. I’ll absolutely be bringing my wife next time. The Wagyu à la carte is phenomenal — rich, perfectly prepared, and worth every bite. Pair it with the Dragon God Sake and you’ve got a flawless experience. You will not be disappointed.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute hidden gem. You would never expect sushi this good from the outside, but once you try it, you’ll be hooked. Don’t sleep on the Dragon God Sake. Best I’ve ever had. The fish was extremely fresh, rolls were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was on point without being overdone. You can tell the chefs actually care about quality and consistency, not just pumping out rolls. Service was super fun, friendly, attentive, and relaxed — no rushing, no attitude. Prices are very fair for the quality you’re getting, especially compared to bigger “trendy” sushi spots. This place is now on my go-to list for sushi. If you know, you know — and if you don’t, you should. I’ve taken so may business associates and friends here. The Chefs are AMAZING. Highly recommend. 🍣🔥”
“This is a unique Omakase experience that delivers exactly what you want for the price. The lunch deal is unbeatable: $60 for 13 courses (sushi only). The catch—which is actually part of the appeal—is that you have a strict 30-minute window to finish the set courses plus any add-ons. The quality is consistent; while every piece might not be a perfect 10/10, everything was a solid 8/10 or higher. We added A5 Wagyu, Uni, and a few other pieces, bringing the final bill to about $120 per person (with tips, without drinks). The service was efficient and good, keeping up with the fast pace. If you are looking for a high-value, efficient, and delicious sushi fix, this is 5 stars."”
“This is a very interesting concept especially with only 45 minutes from start to finish. Here’s the thing, it was inspired by a restaurant in NYC which makes sense however we (Texans) are on a different speed than New Yorkers. The food was overall tasty and thankfully I was treated to this otherwise my review and star rating would definitely be lower. They were friendly but the oyster was my least favorite and I loveeee oysters. Definitely something to check out once but I wouldn’t pay to come back myself. Paying $200+ for 2 hrs seems more worth it.”
“Relative entry level omakase. Ingredients are relatively fresh. However the pace is a bit too fast and felt being rush to complete the round. There is lack of patience and explanation on the expected tasting notes of each piece of sushi made from different fish. No ginger was served to clean palate between pieces and had to ask for some after the course started. The serving black stone plate also wasn’t wiped after each serving. Overall, I would say this is an entry level omakase experience.”
