Sushi Salon sources a majority of his fish from a famous fish concierge in Japan that not only has rare fishes unknown to many, but also uses a specific technique to delay rigor mortis! It makes a difference! If you are a sushi fan and want to try something other than salmon and hamachi, you’ll discover more yummy dishes. Definitely a hidden a gem in Oakland!”
