“We organized a couple of days at Hudson to visit this restaurant and we loved it. It is a balance between great authentic Italian food with that courage of exploring something different from 100% classic. The service is outstanding and we talked with the lovely owners that run kitchen and the dining area. Everybody is very nice and attentive to guests. The dining area is very nicely decorated. You fell like being home. The best dish to me was the Porchetta tonnato that is a revisited Piedmontese dish. Pasta and deserts were great, with special mention to the Tiramisu.”

“My husband and I had an amazing time this weekend at dinner - you can feel the Italian atmosphere, delicious food, ample quantities, and wait staff were super friendly. Warm and professional treatment - The food and wine are outstanding - really Italian flavors. We have travelled to Italy numerous times and this dining experience is so similar. It’s perfectly balanced: rich and creamy mascarpone layered with delicate, espresso-soaked ladyfingers that melt in your mouth without being soggy. The dusting of cocoa on top adds just the right touch of bitterness to complement the sweetness. Every bite feels light yet indulgent, with that authentic Italian flavor that’s hard to find outside of Italy.”
