“My Friday night had icing and toppings on its cake. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to start the weekend and end the week’s madness. I absolutely fell in love with myself and the atmosphere of this beautiful restaurant. The staff are lovely, and the atmosphere is gracious. Ooh hunny, let me tell you the music choice synchronized everything for me. I was moving in my seat with every taste of my meal lol. I had the pleasure of a CRUDO tasting. It came with smoked salmon, trout with grapes, clams, and scallops. My dinner choice was the Tortellini, and to drink I savored a Gin and tarragon👌🏾perfecto. To end the fine dining experience I ordered a tangerine cheesecake. Hahaha. I was in heaven by the time I finished my meal, taking sips of water in between. This has been the best restaurant I have ever visited. It is definitely going on my favorites list, and I for sure am coming back.”
“Absolutely amazing chef! The way they prepare each dish is truly impressive. Instead of overwhelming the main ingredients with heavy seasonings or complex dressings, they use just the right balance to enhance and highlight the natural flavors. Every side, dressing, and seasoning is thoughtfully chosen to complement rather than overpower. Unlike some restaurants that focus too much on making dishes look fancy but lose the essence of good cooking, this chef keeps the focus where it belongs—on quality ingredients and exceptional technique. Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great food done right!”
“I’ve visited Legacy Records several times, and it never disappoints! Our most recent dinner a few days ago was great. I tried the chicken, which had a uniquely tender texture that I can’t quite explain, but I absolutely loved it. We also enjoyed the Honey Lacquered Duck. For dessert, we tried the Fig Tart and a pumpkin donut that was recommended to us, even though it wasn’t on the menu. It was a delightful surprise! I do wish they would bring back the Pavlova dessert they used to have; it was a favorite of mine. The food is exceptional, and while the service could use a little improvement, it was still pretty good overall. Highly recommend giving it a try!”
“Interesting experience but quality food. Firstly, after asking 3 people from bar tender to front desk, nobody knew where my event was. The food was flavorful and tasty but steak was a little cold. As we had the private room we needed to go through the kitchen to use the bathroom. So it was good because of the people, conversation, ambiance and overall food. It was timely, portioned and flavorful. Just bring the bread before appetizers please.”
“Giving this place 3 stars only for the abysmal service we got the other night. Not sure if they were short staffed but we waited endlessly for pretty much everything along the course of the meal and at times seemingly were forgotten. The space and vibes were immaculate however and the food was damn good. Started with the famous Legacy bread which hit the spot, then moved on to the crudo sampler and the salad and then I had the duck for my main which was absolutely delicious. Tried the cheesecake for dessert which was more gelatin than cheesecake and a little too frozen. But otherwise, kitchen killed it.”
