“Old Fields has a more historic feel to it an suitable for special occasions as well. The food was delicious, including the halibut special. Our server wasn't as attentive as expected for a restaurant of this caliber and cost, unfortunately. Nonetheless, I look forward to coming back soon.”

“We were a walkin table this evening but reservations are strongly recommended. Happy hour in the bar for the first hour. $1 oysters. We had wonderful service by Anthony. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and sold us several specials. This was one of the better meals we’ve had in a long time.”

“This place is truly me and my husbands old reliable. We've been coming here consistently (too often admittedly) for probably 2 1/2 years at this point and it has never missed. The wait staff is incredible: Anthony, Kathy, and Fab will make you feel like you are family and they've known you for years (and they have become like family to us!) and more recently Christian and Kara who are amazing as well! The skirt steak is always a 10/10, the filet is my husbands go to. Cant go wrong with zucchini chips and pro tip get the potato wedges truffle parm style and end your meal with the bread pudding. We can't sing our praises enough to all of our people here and the quality of the food. We love you Old Fields PJ staff and sorry it took us forever to finally write review for our favorite restaurant on the island!”

“Good steakhouse for the area and the atmosphere has a steakhouse feel too. The fireplace is a great addition, but the seating could be a bit more comfortable. The marinated skirt steak was tender and easy to cut and mashed potatoes were flavorful. The Broccolini had lots of flavor and service was great also.”

“Went in tonite for a great steak dinner and was disappointed beyond imagination, A porterhouse steak that was the size of a Big Mac with no taste . I've been here plenty of time before, however this is a new low for them. With other steak places like Culper's 1778, Vintage and even Danford's I can't recommend this as a choice ( I don't have enormous hand and it only took 4 finger to cover the whole steak)”
