“I found this place across from my hotel. I ended up coming here three nights in a row. Everything was so delicious. The homemade Beef rib ravioli, Spaghetti with tiger shrimp in spicy tomato sauce ,and ribeye were the main dishes I had. Very very good. I loved the cheese cake for dessert. Their service and atmosphere is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and happy to see me back. I may come back again tomorrow.”
“I was craving authentic Italian cuisine, and IL Nido ("The Nest") delivered beautifully. Making a reservation through their website was very easy, though they also welcome walk-ins. While I don’t usually drink, their wine selection is impressive for those interested. The specials are announced before ordering; we chose the mushroom ravioli, which was one of their specials , and I also had the fettuccine with black truffle. Both dishes were delicious and perfectly portioned. The garlic bread is also outstanding—especially when paired with their olive oil and vinegar. Highly recommend for a great Italian dining experience.”
“I went with a large group and I think everyone but me like their entrées way better than I did. I really think maybe I just made a wrong taste choice. I went for a mushroom ravioli with a cream sauce. I have to say the service was excellent. It’s a cute little restaurant. You probably wanna make a reservation if you’re going there, the bread is incredible. It’s so so yummy. I did enjoy the appetizers. I was not impressed though by the Caesar salad I was with five other people and they all loved their trace. I think I just made a poor choice. I would recommend it and even for a romantic night or dinner.”
“The appetizers were very good. We had meatballs and the carpaccio. Delicious. The pasta was so so..ok. the chicken parm with cheese was pretty good. Great wine for very reasonable price and good espresso. Service could be a bit better. The owner was charming and very nice. The other servers can do a better job. Overall, for the valley, it's a great option.”
“I'm very very disappointed in this restaurant. I was in the area for my husband's work and decided to get some pasta. I decided to come here due to the reviews as I love pasta and haven't ate since 8am. The place is small and very fancy with low amount of staff. It took about 7 min to get my order from walking in the door. A very nice gentleman gave me my order and waited for the waiter to pay me out. My bill came out to $77 for mozzarella sticks, fettuccine chicken Alfredo, spaghetti, and tiramisu. The biggest disappointment was the mozzarella sticks and fettuccine Alfredo. Attached are the photos. Yes I did get my order to go so I can eat with my husband for his lunch break. The mozzarella sticks came out completely smooshed and tasted awful. The breading was nothing like actual mozzarella sticks. Now the pasta was even more disappointing. The sauce was very watery (tasted like water) when it should be more creamy and the chicken was very tasteless like there was no seasoning on the chicken. That was what I was looking forward to. I didn't get to eat with how gross it came out. Do not come here unless you have no taste buds and want to spend ridiculous amount of money on less average food. Will not be coming back here again.”
