“I went here to celebrate my birthday and have dinner before a lakers game. And I have nothing but great things to say about it. Firstly the service is exceptional. Everyone was so kind and made me feel so special. The food was incredible and the drinks were tasty. And the location is amazing!!! Quick easy walk to the game. We were in a bit of a hurry so they even boxed up a little birthday cake for me. I really really recommend this place. Will definitely be back. Thank you to everyone who made this dinner so special!!!”
“From the very first bite, the steak impressed—it was perfectly cooked, tender, and truly melted in my mouth. While the sides were fairly standard, the breathtaking view elevated the entire dining experience. 🌇 Paired with attentive, welcoming service, this restaurant offers a memorable evening worth recommending to anyone seeking both flavor and atmosphere.”
“The food was pretty good, atmosphere and staff were good. My boys ordered the kids meal which were fine. I ordered the rack of lamb but the portion was huge. I would definitely share it. I ordered the side of ear of woods mushroom which in my opinion was a bit spicy. Not sure what was in it. The truffle mash was a bit too strong though. Overall I think it was good though”
“What a disappointment! The good news is the room has an excellent view of the city skyline. Now for the disappointing parts. The server was not attentive at all. He rushed by the table and would make his remarks without even stopping or making eye contact. Now for the food. I had the peppercorn scallops and the sauce totally overpowered the three delicate scallops, which were very overpriced at $58 for three scallops. My dinner partner had the sea bass which was heavily buttered and over rich. We started the meal with a shared salad which was over dressed and limp. The salad size for one person was large enough for a family of four which was wasteful when we hardly ate any of it. Similarly, one of our sides was one order of mixed vegetables which again was large enough for a family. We didn’t like the vegetables and felt wasteful when we didn’t eat much. The buttered mash potatoes were good and a properly sized serving. Over priced and forgetful hotel food. BTW, we are staying at the JW Marriott and thought Leña at Sendero was at our hotel but no, it was in the connecting Ritz and it took us asking two staff members how to get there.”
“Terrible experience all over. The food is mediocre at best. The view is okay nothing spectacular. We ended up paying almost $1500 just to get food poisoning. We all ended up sick. Waste of time and money. Go celebrate somwhere else. Also we ordered a tomhawk and they removed the bone from it which defies the purpose. We ordered medium but it was served rare. My mom ordered salmon and veggies and it was super oily. And finally our cocktails were just syrup!”
