“Lively ambience, comfy half-booth seats, delicious pork (Suppli Al Telefono) appetizer😋, thin and burnt-edged Margherita pizza, Mezze Rigatoni alla Carbonara😋 & Mirtillo e Lime desert. Aside from the nice atmosphere and tasty meal, all their staff were quite pleasant, especially, Ms. Cristy! She asked us if we have any food allergy, any questions about the menu, explained that the pizza will be ready before the pasta and, most delightful, was that she remembered our names🤗 when she gave us a complimentary ice cream with a candle for my son’s birthday. My son had two desserts because we had ordered the sorbet.”

“Let me be clear—I’ve never had much patience for fine dining or the inflated egos and price tags that usually come with it. Give me a good sandwich over a delicate plate of pasta any day. But this place… it got me. The kind of place that doesn’t ask for your approval—it just earns it. The gamberi had that perfect snap, the Diavola pizza came out blistered and unapologetic, and the oxtail pasta? Rich, slow, and indulgent in all the right ways. I didn’t expect to like it. I definitely didn’t expect to come back. But I will.”

“We had such an incredible night at Mother Wolf. A massive shoutout to our server, Owen—he was absolutely amazing. From the moment we sat down, his warm and high-energy personality made us feel so welcome. He’s incredibly charismatic, funny, and genuinely passionate about the menu. Every single dish he recommended was a hit. The pasta and pizza were out of this world! The food and the vibe are truly top-tier. Owen really lit up our night with his hospitality. The vibe and atmosphere is soo beautiful.”

“The food, service and ambiance were all really wonderful…but esp the food and service. The meatballs, pizza and pasta were phenomenally toothsome and the arugula salad was refreshingly pleasing. Our wonderful server had such a contagious, joyful, fun energy that elevated our experience. He made thoughtful recommendations and always kept an eye on us to make sure we were want for nothing (without being intrusive). All restaurants should have staff like him. All in all, a wonderful meal…and we would heartily recommend and happily return here to try other dishes.”

“Mother Wolf is a good Italian restaurant with a lively Hollywood atmosphere, but it doesn’t quite hit the mark in every area. The space is stylish and energetic, though like many others have mentioned, it can feel quite dark making parts of the menu hard to read unless you’re really close to it. The food is solid overall. Portions are on the larger side, which is great for sharing and works well if you’re dining as a group. The pizza Romana is a highlight thin, crisp, and full of flavour. Some dishes are very well executed, though others can feel a bit inconsistent, which seems to be a common theme in reviews. One thing I didn’t particularly like was that a large part of the menu includes pork, which limits choice depending on your preferences. It would be good to see more variety here as sometimes removing pork will leave the dish unbalanced. Service was good friendly and efficient. Overall, it’s a nice spot with a great vibe and good Italian food, but with a few drawbacks that make it more of a mid range experience rather than a standout one.”
