“Bottega Louie in WeHo was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. We started with the portobello mushroom fries and Caesar salad, both packed with flavor and beautifully prepared. The pepperoni pizza was perfectly crisp, cheesy, and easily one of the best in town. A special shoutout to our server Jacob, who made the whole experience even better with his attentive, friendly, and professional service. The ambiance, energy, and quality of the food were all top tier. Definitely a five-star experience and a place we can’t wait to come back to!”

“The staff is amazing. The food is delicious and pretty generous. Price point is pretty good; you’re paying for quality here! Love the atmosphere. The walk-up bakery is lovely too! Don’t forget to visit the DTLA location as well… but the WeHo location, with the outdoor seating, is so magical! We ordered the Burrata Pizza, Mac and Cheese, and Calamari. It was more than enough for the two of us! In fact, we had plenty of left overs to bring home! Coupled with a bourbon, including tip, and the questionable surcharge (which is… kind of dumb, but rent in WeHo is ridiculous, so I get it), we spent about $125!”

“This is the best Napoleon cake in the world! I stop by this place every time I’m nearby. To be honest, I’ve never stayed to eat there, but I’ve bought desserts many times for myself, my family, and friends. My favorite dessert is the Napoleon cake - the cream is incredibly rich and smooth, and the pastry is perfectly made. The taste is absolutely amazing! The chocolate cake is also delicious, along with many other desserts. Overall, any sweet lover will definitely find something to enjoy here. Highly recommend!”

“Rookie error: was meeting someone who went to the downtown location. They couldn’t have been nicer and were patient with me sipping a latte and eating their (quite delicious) bread while they drove across town to join me. I sat on the front patio which was in the shade, had a lovely breeze on a hot day, and was great for people watching. I had the Cobb salad which was very good. I wish I had asked for the dressing on the side or less dressing- it was a huge and as I got more than half way through tasted acidic from the copious amount of vinegrette. That being noted, I had my full of avocado and egg and bacon and chicken so no real complaints! I had no room for the French toast that we also ordered. Didn’t stop me from enjoying a slice and it was great! I love good French toast and abhor mediocre attempts. These guys got it right.”

“Bottega Louie Review The food was excellent, the drinks were great, and the service was very good. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover a 5% service fee added to the bill. This charge was not clearly brought to our attention before ordering, and no one explained it to us during the meal. Unexpected fees like this leave a bad impression, regardless of how good the food and service may be. California's consumer protection laws, including SB 478 (the "Hidden Fees" or "Junk Fees" law), are intended to promote price transparency and help consumers understand the true cost of a purchase before they buy. If a restaurant believes it needs additional revenue to cover employee benefits, insurance, or other operating expenses, those costs should be reflected in the menu prices rather than added as a surprise fee at the end of the meal. Because I believe consumers deserve clear and upfront pricing, I intend to report this matter to the appropriate government agencies for review and investigation of whether the restaurant's fee disclosures comply with applicable laws and regulations. The food and service were good, but unexpected charges like this make me hesitant to return.”
