“First time and we will be back! Our server, Savannah, was excellent. Took orders of all 5 of us without writing anything down and flawlessly delivered the right food to the right people, and the right bills to each of us. She gave fabulous recommendations, and we thoroughly enjoyed every one of her recommendations, from the nachos, to the entrees, to the desserts. Kept our thirst at bay without hovering. The piano was also a nice addition. Loud enough to hear without drowning out conversation. All in all, a well-enjoyed meal with friends.”
“We had the absolute best time at The Pine Room! It was the perfect place to get together with friends for wonderful service, food, and drinks. Our server was fantastic and gave the best recommendations. We shared the cauliflower appetizer and Caesar salad with our first round of drinks. Followed by our entrees, I had the fried chicken platter with some truly delicious collard greens. We wrapped up with espresso martinis and the berry crumb cake and tres leches for dessert. The atmosphere was cozy but energetic with a live pianist playing the classics.”
“Service was very attentive and informative. The food appeared fresh and prepared in ways that accentuate that fresh quality. Flavors tended to be delicate. The dining area is cozy but comfortable and well appointed but the air temperature was uncomfortably cool with air blowing directly on the diners at my table. It was an enjoyable dining experience which I look forward to repeating.”
“The Pine Room is where you go to hang out and enjoy cocktails with friends. The cocktail menu is fantastic! The piano is fun and lively. The food is average at best - the menu really needs a revamp. It is a struggle to find something you feel satisfied with when you leave. I would highly recommend to go for cocktails and the pretzel bread, but go to another place for dinner.”
“We went to The Pine Room for my birthday. The food was okay. Not bad but also nothing to rave about. Benjamin, our server, was really good. Cocktails were nice as well. The most concerning issue (for me) was the noise level. However, it’s a small and intimate place and that would be expected. It’s just not something I feel comfortable with in dining experiences. Would I recommend it? Yes, because not everyone is sensitive to noise levels and I honestly had no other major issues. Would I return. Most likely not. But I’m happy it’s available because it seemed to be thriving and I’m grateful for that!”
