“We wanted to eat here and few weeks ago and didn’t have time on our trip so we made time to eat there last night and it was well worth it! The service was awesome!! The view was amazing!! And the food was out of this world. The chef put his own magic on the food and watching the kitchen staff was the best part! They cut up and laughed and looked like they truly loved their job!!! We will definitely be back!!! We are the Bang Bang shrimp as an appetizer and it was the best shrimp I have eaten in a long time. It is like it had a lightly covered batter and I could have made a meal of it alone. I had the shrimp and grits and it was very tasty. My husband and son both got the fried chicken and loved it too!”
“Amazing food and absolutely stunning views from the lookout at the Bass Pro Pyramid. You don’t have to eat at the restaurant to enjoy the views, there is a charge of about $10 per person to go up the elevator and enjoy the view from the observation decks. However, it’s was amazing to watch the sunset set as we were having dinner! Reservations are recommended.”
“First and foremost, it's important to know that even if you have reservations, there’s an $8 charge per person, except for children, to reach the top. I think this can lead to some disappointment since expectations are raised once people have already paid to be there. Sometimes, it can be a bit surprising. I would say that there seems to be a bit of a disconnect in how things are managed. However, we were seated quite quickly, and the view was really lovely. It seems like there are some guests who just sit down without the staff being aware, so I think they might need to improve how people are guided to the observation areas and back to the elevators or to the host. Now, about the food. It was definitely worth the price and you get what you pay for! We really enjoyed the black and blue and the short rib grilled cheese sandwich. Everything came out promptly, and while all the food was delicious, the fries were truly amazing. I would definitely recommend this experience!”
“First of all the place is so awesome everything looks so cool and the elevator ride up is great. I know the markup on the food is due to the view and the atmosphere. Just a quick rundown to go with the pictures the ribs were awesome the chicken and noodles were good I like myself the chicken and mashed potatoes with the gravy you just need to ask for extra gravy right away if you get it on the side the gumbo tastes like it came out of a box that hurt the ratings the redfish risotto is a small dish and I wouldn't say $40 I would ever pay for this. The pricing on this stuff and what you get just don't match up like other fine dining restaurants. The service is slow they're really polite though. Big warning though the menu does not match they redid a new menu didn't change it on the website I took a picture of the dining menu and all that's available on Sunday is the dinner menu there is no lunch menu on Sunday. There are things we came for that was on the lunch menu and is no longer available even at lunch they haven't changed it in quite a while it looks like but the menu has changed”
“The view of the city is very nice and taking the elevator to go up to the restaurant is kind of fun. However, the staff took forever to give us a table and we wait even more to order and then to get our food. The fries were really good but the burger was just okay. If you have time to wait then go.”
