1889 Missoula is a Steakhouse restaurant in the Missoula neighborhood of Missoula.
“We visited this restaurant as a recommendation from friends. Industrial but classy. Employees all very friendly and accommodating. The menu is a bit pricey but would be a great special occasion place. For apps we had the Crab cakes and bone marrow brushetta, both fabulous. Then we had 2 chickens, cod and bison for dinner, all delicious. Dessert was amaretto cheesecake, wow. Cocktails were all on point and Maur our server was outstanding. I knocked off a star for atmosphere because while beautiful it is a bit noisy. LOVED IT!”
“Was there over the weekend and had dinner, drinks and dessert. Our server Mara was excellent. Food was great, steals cooked to perfection. We reserved a table. It was busy, a bit louder than usual, but so were we. Waters, drinks and food were refilled and/or brought to us promptly by others as needed. The staff is ON IT!”
“Food and drinks were both pretty darn good. The wine list was contemporary and inspired. But the Mary Taylor Jacquere with the vanilla bean crème brûlée was the perfect pairing. It was so good I almost ordered a second round of both 😅”
“New favorite place in Missoula! The bread service is amazing, the tomato bisque soup like homemade. The chicken Caesar salad taste homemade, the chicken is cooked perfectly! My husband loves the pork chops. A bit of a wait, but from scratch takes time & well worth it! Well priced for a fancy well staffed and from scratch food. If it is too expensive go elsewhere... The waitress was so sweet that she made my birthday dessert to go with a candle and matches!”
“Great service and great food. Try the 8oz Filet, cooked perfectly to your liking , paired with a side of shoestring fries. The vanilla bean creme brulee is topped with a caramelized orange slice for a perfect orange cremesicle taste.”
